  I would like to thank Ashley in Loan Support Services at Twin Star Credit Union for all her help. In this day and age it is difficult to find someone as effective and efficient that actually goes the extra mile to make things happen. In my opinion Ashley and her team are Shining Stars at Twin Star CU. I hope management recognizes what a valuable asset she is, and how well she reflects on the reputation of Twin Star CU. Needless to say I’m totally impressed.

  I have been a member since 2010. Banking is easier at Twin Star with a personal touch. Staff are professional and friendly. I have never been disappointed by my banking experiences at Twin Star fro securing loans to depositing checks.

  After spending an hour on the phone w them I still had to go into the branch in person on Friday because of typos. Had problems again on Sunday. Hoping it is ok today.

  I am completely satisfied with my experiences with TSCU. They had no problem working with me on charge back fees twice in my 14 years of banking with them. I have a business and personal account with them as well as my car loan.

  Been with Twinstar for a decade, with business and personal accounts, and loans, and have always been happy. Great customer service and the vibe is world's better than a big bank.

  If you have a chance to choose different credit union, don’t choose this credit union. I bought a car using this credit union last October. It is my first car I ever bought. The rate is attractive, but if you miss a payment, they will charge you big. I just heard from a friend of my friend who got the loan from TwinStar as well, he needed to pay $1000 per month for collateral insurance. Even though he requested to reduce monthly payment during COVID-19 depression time, TwinStar would not accept his request. $2000 for collateral insurance can pay insurance for 2 years outside.

  I have been a customer of Twin Star for over 13 years. In those 13 years I have always felt supported and appreciated as a customer of Twin Star. That is, until today. In 13 years, I have now submitted one chargeback issue against a company who took my money and failed to provide the service they were contracted to provide. Twin Star was provided with 40 pages of documentation, 3 recorded phone calls, the contract and more... only to tell me that I'm still responsible for paying the amount - unless I want to give them an extra $500 at which time I'll still likely be told that I'm responsible for paying for this charge. The way they handle their chargeback requests is NOTHING like how my merchant services provider handles theirs. I'm not sure who is making up the procedures Twin Star is following... but it is a completely different process than how chargebacks work with my company. On the phone with the representative today, she was completely cold and kept placing the blame on someone else while telling me they had "done all {they} could do". When I let her know how I was feeling and how unlikely it was that I would remain a customer, she didn't care at all. She did not attempt to do anything to provide a solution, help me or keep me as a customer. It was clear she didn't give one iota about me. All my trust was lost with Twin Star today. I have already opened up both business and personal accounts with another company (an online bank, which clearly seems to be the future of banking) and will be transferring my balances to other places as well. It's unfortunate that Twin Star does not have the best interest of their members at the forefront of their company. I would recommend taking your money elsewhere. ***UPDATE 1/4/2021: This credit union just keeps getting worse and worse. Implementing mobile check deposit FEES in the middle of a pandemic?!? What the actual F. It has been clear for several years that Twin Star does not have the customer's best interest in mind (I could write a 10 page dissertation about all the times they have failed to care about me as their customer) and this is just the nail in the coffin. I've been trying to pull all my money from them for years. 2021 will be the year I fully step away. Good riddance.***

  New app is garbage. Why would I want my balance from four days ago. And wth can't you remember the password . Ugh try again

  I have not any bad experiences they will work with their clients if being a bit late. Highly recommend them to anyone in that area.

  Twinstar Credit Union is the best bank that I have for now because I can easily apply a personal loan and they approved right away eventhough I don’t have much money in my bank accounts. Staff are so nice too!
