  Called to see if they accepted Generators and first of all the guy answered in a whatever manner with a attitude. Got the the pawn shop and needed assistance to bring down my generator which was heavy for me to bring down and no customer service assistance was provided to me. Unprofessional and helpless.

  I've come here in the past it wasn't bad but today Oct.2nd Horrible customer service when I returned to pick up my items. Female and Male very rude. Will never return and will never recommend anyone.

  I will never go anywhere else for jewelry after the incredible experiences my fiancé and I have had with Tweedy Jewelry & Loan . Chris is our absolute favorite and truly educated us on diamonds so that we could get the most for our money. My ring is so timeless and I get so many compliments! Thank you Chris!!!

  The staff is very helpful. As long as you understand the terms of pawning and hold up your part of the deal, everything will turn out great! I got the money I needed really quick and they have some pretty nice stuff at the shop too. Definitely recommend this place.

  They are f***en thieves and always screw their customers. How the hell they take debit card for purchases but to pay loan they don't. I went to pay my loan and didn't have cash only debit card it was almost closing time. They didn't let me pay with debit so left to the bank for cash when I went back it was closed and lost my items. Next day sent my cousin to buy something there and had him pay with debit card without a problem ( so now you take debit card).......beware and don't go there. They are also famous for switching out fake diamonds for real ones and gold. BEWARE!!!!! BUNCH OF RIPOFFS

  I am a constant customer in this pawn shop already for 5 years, the guys always treat me as their friend and colleague. First time i came there, they explained me how hard is that business and how not easy to have friends in it, because of stereotypes people have about pawn business. Guys always help me out with a buck when i need to, and even sometimes give me more than i always take, just because we had built the trust bridge as they say.So if you really need something let them trust you and you will see how positive could it be!

  B4 u go in do your homework on what it is your pawning. I sold my kids martial arts equipment & got a fair price. But as 4 gold I will b selling scrap gold hoping they will not rip me off. Sept 25,2017. I've got: Pictures & weight of scrap.

  I have been going there for over 10 years. My experience with them has always been professional and fair. I would recommend them. I have never had an issue with this business and I still continue to do business with them.

  This guys are *%%$@#... when you go to buy stuff they think its tiffany instead of a use jewelry (a pawn shop)... i would not buy anything from this place until they know what the TRUE prices are!

  Didnt even get to talk to the guy over the phone for 7 secounds and he was already yelling and having a attitude wit me. Very bad custumer service the owner should train his guys to answer the phone in a more proffesional manner. Very uncalled for
