  English would be nice, not everyone speaks Spanish you know. Why are the bankers sitting at desks not helping anyone and there is a bunch of people waiting to speak to one, and then one goes to break. But that's South Gate for you ghetto....

  Worst BOA ever didn't want to cash my check that is from they're bank, all the teller had to do was a little extra work to verify the check, I guess she didn't want to. I went to my local BOA, that I usually go to, they were like I got you fam.

  The people I've been helped by are generally very nice! Sometimes during rush, it does take a little while to get helped, but that's normal for a lot of places! Good staff who know how to help.

  These is the worst they are nice only when they want to get you in and when you need help the a re e really rude and they just brush you of and refer you to some ware else and if there was the option to cero stars I click on it

  Worst place tellers are super slow. They have a huge line and often times only have 1 to 2 tellers. Worst Bank of America I have ever been to.

  ATM and drive true out of cash not working and you will have to make a 45min to 1hr to enter the building additional to the one inside the building.

  There's 6 "banker's " at this location and only 1 is actually helping customers. I don't understand how this bank works but you would think customers come first...good luck
