I am honestly shocked after the experience I have had. I have never felt more screwed over in my life. After buying a Buick enclave from here the problems started right away with check engine light on as soon as I drove off. I called tuff trucks right away. Trying to cover up that they sold us something broken they told me I put in the wrong fuel. So I changed fuel no luck...turned out it was a timing chain. After a month it was finally fixed...2 Months later the light comes back on. They cant look at it for another month. I take it to a trustworthy auto repair shop. It's the timing chain...now tuff trucks won't warranty any of the work and they bought the part over seas so that has no warranty either. Now I have a useless hunk of metal. Tuff Trucks will do nothing to fix it. Don't ever go to Tuff Trucks. They are not going to be honest with you. They are going to worry about money and that's it. They seem to have a hard time keeping mechanics at all or any employee. They hire people without experience. They just don't care about anything but money. Save yourself! Stay away! Go to Craigslist you are better off!!

I thought I would share my recent experience with this dealer. So if anyone is market for a used truck and out of state, be very cautious. Found a 2008 chevy 3500hd on autotrader and Craigslist. At some point this truck was listed for $14995 and was than dropped to $10700 with several drops in prices in between. So I knew I was getting a fairly good deal on the truck for $10000 even. I mean at the original price of almost 15 grand, I knew it had to be quality truck. And after viewing the pics on 3 different sites, Craigslist, their website and autotrader. They also listed it as excellent condition btw. I felt comfortable making the call to tuf trucks. So I called and asked several questions including any rust on the cab. Because from the pics, it looked very very clean and no rust on the cab and little surface rust under the flatbed. When I asked the car salesman if their was any rust, his reply was NO. That it was a clean 2008. Mind you, I'm calling from wi. So I would like as much info as possible. Anyways, he did state it was 2008 model so it's not gonna be perfect. Well duh. Is what I was thinking. In the pics, which I blew up, showed dent passenger side door and supposedly some damage on the front bumper which is questionable. Despite the reviews I read online, I decided to proceed and move forward with the purchase. Thinking maybe they changed their sales taticks/deception, and restore their integrity as reputabile car dealer. That wasn't the case. When we received the truck , it was far from the pics I viewed. #1 the air bag light was on. Never disclosed #2 keyed all over the cab. Wasn't disclosed #3 numerous dents through the cab . Wasn't disclosed even in the pics showed a straight clean nice truck #4 driver side bed was smashed and paint flaked of.again pics showed straight not damaged #5 brake fluid inside of the cab where brake pedal is positioned. Idk if this was replaced from them.or it was covered up. Only time will tell. #6 driver side rocker was rotted out. Wasn't disclose Ultimately, I gave this dealer the benefit of the doubt because I was concerned about the last few reviews. And all this damage to my truck, well it was in their position. And who knows what else potential problems are lurking inside the drivetrain. So you as the customer need to be very very careful if you are buying from out of state and dealing with this "dealer". All I can say is this, if you choose to purchase from these people, and are buying out of state, make sure you do 2 things. Physically inspect the vehicle from top to bottom. Or have them text or email you pics up close throughout. Before it gets delivered That way you know what to expect and protect yourself. And if they are not willing to do so, red flag. It's car dealers like this who misrepresent a vehicle and make no effort to right their wrongs. Which in turn give those small reputable honest hard working dealers a bad reputation. I'm sure the dealer will respond with excuses, Such as, it's a 2008 or it's only 10000 truck ect.. Well, no matter the dollar amount or year, It's about making things right. And I hope they do so. As I will update my review if they choose to do the right thing. Ultimately, if you choose to do business with this dealer, make sure you get everything documented and substantial pics of the vehicle. Let's see if integrity is part of their philosophy

      Response from the owner

Mr. Cruz - You called us to say the vehicle was damaged on transport, was keyed and had several dents that were not in the pictures we sent prior to purchase. Our sales manager called you back immediately and requested you send pictures right away of any damage to the vehicle, as if it was damaged in transport we needed to file a claim immediately and not wait any extended period of time. You told him not to worry about it, that it is ok, we will figure something out. He urged you that we could not wait to figure anything out, and needed to start this process immediately to avoid getting a damage claim denied and you again told him not to worry about it, it was no big deal and you would figure something out and hung up. We have tried to call you back several times since and have received no answer and no calls back. We do not anticipate you to amend your review at this point based on your lack of contact with us, but feel the public should hear the whole story - we do business with customers all over the country, and on average send 20+ trucks per month out of New York State and have never had this issue before. Please call and ask to speak to management if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

Over priced trucks. Salesman believes trucks are worth as much they’re overpriced. Test drove 2 of the highest paid trucks there, one had breaks that we’re trying to lock up and lights light up on the dash. Second truck also had service warnings on.....salesman said they don’t clean or detail anything until truck is bought they just throw it on the lot. Got an appraisal for my truck and they tried getting me to sign on an appraisal form...got offended when I said no. Sketchy place

What a great experience fron start to finish! We had to drive over an hour to get there and Gary made sure to rearrange his schedule for us for pickup. They made the process simple, and made sure all our concerns were addressed before we drove off the lot. We will definitely be coming back when we need to get another truck

      Response from the owner

      Thank you!

Wonderful experience working with Gary and Mike. Very reasonable and easy to work with. Never felt pressured in the slightest. A very refreshing car buying experience from the high pressure, big dealers. Would absolutely recommend and go back.

      Response from the owner

Thank you, Sam! It was a pleasure working with you as well!

We were on our way to their place to buy a van when our old van died on the side of the road. Wayne (a salesperson) came and picked us up and gave us a fantastic deal on a beautiful blue van and threw in a free t-shirt. I love Wayne for his good heart and hope his gospel music also continues to change the world. I should mention that Wayne even came into work on a Saturday morning from a date with his girlfriend to come pick us up. God bless him.

Bought a truck less than a month ago. Have already had to have it towed twice for engine problems. When I called back the second time the gentleman that I talked to was extremely rude, promised me a call back and we never got one. The only reason we got back in contact with someone is because we showed back up at their door using our 2nd vehicle, driving over an hour just to get some answers. We have now been told they're going to try and help us. The list of issues we've had within the last 30 days is ridiculous. As of now, I'll never purchase another vehicle from them.

bought a 2007 gmc sierra SLT a few weeks ago, Wayne my salesman was very helpfull through out the entire prosess, being that i live over an hour away it was nice to see no matter what, i was taken care of. Also mike in finance is a great guy also was a huge help. Overall a great buying experience, i would definitly reccomend this dealership if you are in the market for a truck. They may be smaller then some of the big named dealers but the service is worth it great pricing and great staff my only mistake was not grabbing a t shirt before leaving!
