  My husband Nick and I started the daunting task of a long distance move with few real estate connections in the Indianapolis area. We connected with an FC Tucker realtor (Christian Payne) through some common interests and he suggested financing through Tucker Mortgage rather than the big bank our previous mortgage had been financed through. His reasoning? A local lender would be able to provide us the time and attention needed to navigate us through the home buying process - wow, was he right! Just one day after completing our loan application, our loan officer, John Degenhardt reached out to obtain a few final details to complete the application and get us one step closer to being approved! After officially being approved for our loan, Nick and I worked with John and our loan processor, Amy Collier to ensure all documents were signed and we had supplied all of the information needed for underwriting. This can be tedious and there was a lot of back and forth email correspondence as well as phone calls but John and Amy were always extremely professional, helpful, and patient when it came to answering questions or awaiting documentation from Nick and I. When our closing day finally came around, we hit a few snags due to some issues/delays with the closing of our previous home. These issues caused our closing to not only be delayed by a day but also caused our file to have to go back to underwriting for review. While unexpected, John, Amy, and Christian were not only diligent and proactive problem solvers to ensure Nick and I would close on the home of our dreams here in Indianapolis but also supportive and caring friends who helped us navigate an extremely difficult and confusing 24 hours. I will be recommending the Tucker team to anyone and everyone I know in the market for a home!

  If you are starting out the process of buying a home I highly recommend Tucker. Professional and always available for any question big or small. They will prepare and guide you every step of the way. Ben Greishop assisted me in preparing for pre approval and when I was ready, helped me every step of the way. For a working Mother who has limited time the process was extremely manageable. The client portal through Tucker gives you 24 hours access to upload and sign documents while keeping track of your upcoming tasks throughout the entire process. I also was able to get a fabulous rate locked in once I had am offer accepted. I shopped around and the rates and process from Tucker were by far the best for me. My mortgage closer, Bamba Kizer, made the most stressful part of the home buying process extremely manageable. Her attention to detail, professionalism and kindness was thoroughly appreciated! 10/10 will always go to through Tucker for my buying and selling needs!
