  Finding the right Mortgage Company was the most important thing to me when I started looking for a home. Karen Strange was not only knowledgeable but patient with me throughout the entire process. She answered every random question I could come up with and always made sure I understood things before moving on to the next. I also really loved that she was tech savvy because she could easily answer any technical question that I had. This gave me the reassurance I needed to know that I had placed my trust with the correct company. I closed on my home on September 2020 and I have been so pleased with the follow up communication/support from Karen Strange and the Langdon Mortgage Company that I'm shocked I didn't think to write a review much sooner. Before purchasing my home...the entire process seemed extremely intimidating. I had heard horror stories of paperwork going wrong or people who (rightfully) didn't know any better not knowing what they were getting into. I'm glad I found the Langdon Mortgage Company because they managed to put ALL my fears to rest. Now, any time anyone asks me about my experience with purchasing a home I bring up the wonderful experience that I had working with Karen Strange. I recommend her and the Langdon Mortgage Company to anyone looking for their future home.

  John Lehner at Langdon Mortgage was fantastic to work with during our recent home buying process. We requested rates and other information from him several times over the course of months that we were searching for our new home. His communication during the entire process was amazing. Anytime he would send new documents, he would immediately follow up with a call to walk me through any questions I had. John turned our home buying process into a very smooth and stress free transaction.

  My wife and I used John Lehner at Langdon Mortgage to do our most recent home loan. This has been a tough market to buy and we were concerned about deals falling through but he provided excellent customer service throughout the process and was right there every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with the service provided! John went out of his way to ensure documents were submitted on time and that the loan process stayed on track.   Bought a house in June and had a wonderful experience working with John Lehner. John was super responsive to all of our needs starting with the pre-approval through the entire process. He was honest about what he could do from the start including rates and timing and was clear about all the documents required at different stages making it easy on our end.
