  On my way to Connecticut and needed to stop by the closest TD on the way in before they closed - my teller Destiny was amazing. She provided excellent customer service and went beyond my expectations. She helped me with everything I needed to get done and was very helpful and informative when I had questions. Everyone working that day was very nice and welcoming. It was very refreshing to see coming from Canada!

  Excellent Service, Polite, and Thorough! Wisely Duphice makes all of his customers feel welcome and makes a real effort to establish a good rapport. I highly recommend him for any banking needs as well as all of the friendly and competent tellers at this branch!

  This bank is the worst! I attempted to make a cash deposit at one of their atms into another bank account which I have done previously with no problem. When I made the deposit it never went through and came up with error message " forced cash deposit" and then gave me a receipt saying the same but my money was never returned to me. I immediately got on the phone to contact td bank and they said there was nothing they could do till the atm was serviced later that week. They also told me that their bank no longer accepts cash deposits from other banks but they did just up until a month ago, so i was assured there wouldn't be a problem getting my money back. I waited till several days later when I was supposed to receive a call giving me an update on the matter when the atm was serviced, but I received no call. So I call them the day the atm is supposed to be serviced and they said the atm company didn't find anything and that they had to go back to office and check the transactions. It has now been over 2 weeks and I still have heard nothing back from either the bank or Atm company I called again today and a teller I spoke with told me they were passing my case onto the bank manager. Really? After over 2 weeks this is just being brought to the managers attention? I am beside myself with the terrible customer service and lack of communication this bank provides. Stay away from this bank!

  The Customer Service i received from all the staff there has been amazing. They are always Professional and Pleasant when i come in. I would recommend this bank to any one who is looking for Great bank with good customer service.

  Employees are great but there is NEVER enough of them. One teller on a Thursday during lunch hours? Poop planning in behalf of the managment. I usually encounter a line that out the door

  I went in well over a month ago to change my last name and address. Brought them my divorce decree and my license and they have yet to change my name or address on my account.

  The customer service there is terrible and it is because of them that I had overdraft fees out the ass I had just started a bank account there and they didn't inform me of everything having to do with my account
