  I have no clue why I keep coming to this location! The service is ALWAYS slow and I only make a deposit. Typically they have 3-5 people behind the teller line in the evening and still move slow. I’ve come on different days. Just to be sure I’m not being extra( although I can be since I’m a former Headteller myself) I’m not sure why 3 people need to huddle around one person but it doesn’t bode well with customers. The only reasons I gave it two stars is because they have ok hours for me: late afternoons and Saturday, they have parking. Also because they have a hometown community board and I like that.

  I'm not a fan of this bank. After someone stole some money from my credit card, I've received no explanation of what happened. Yes, I got my money back, but. The bank seem to care less about the customers. And the Madison Ave brach could use some updates.

  While the company itself (Trustco) is probably one the crappier banks out there, the staff at *THIS* location are nothing but awesome. They are constantly helpful and really take the time to know you as a person. So to reiterate, Trustco as a bank is eh, this branch is amazing.

  Im so annoyed with this bank... i deposited my payroll check and told them to post it and specifically told them i had bills to pay and its still not posted to my account... the new girl told me she couldnt post it at the moment and assured me she would do it as soon as the line went down... and DIDN'T!! NOW IM LATE AND WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY .. THANKS TRUTSO.. SO READY TO PULL MY BUISNESS WITH THIS BANK... SICK OF IT!

  Trustco like Bank of America are notorious for the excess of paper waste with their over use in todays world of technology.
