  I would like to thank Vincent for all he did in getting my construction loan approved in time for closing so that I could keep my great interest rate on my loan. He sent a email to my home builder urging him to submit needed paperwork so that closing was done on time. The entire staff at this bank is so helpful and extremely pleasant. They sure made me feel valued as a customer. great bank --great staff

  Visited Trustco Bank last week and the process to open up a couple new accounts was seamless. Vincent Amore was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs. He has me looking forward to Trustco being my home town bank!

  This is my first time ever dealing with a bank that truly cares about it's members. These folks do the following: follow up on their word, send out handwritten cards for the holidays, get involved with local businesses, know you by your first name, are extremely polite and most importantly they take care of business. I was shocked when I received a follow up call just to make sure I was taken care of. I don't know any other bank that runs their branch like a small business. I highly recommend Vinny and his team.

  The branch in Palm Coast id great. The staff is friendly and attentive. Vinny, the manager, will work diligently to solve any issue. He stayed after hours (twice) to correct an issue with my account. The service from this bar it top notch!

  This bank is one of the best bank I’ve seen in a long time I visit this bank the other day the workers were so professional and my expectation was beyond and above . The bank manager personally ensure that everything was done correctly with my banking experience that I had to do that day he went out of his way to help myself and others . The experience that my wife and I had was an example of what banking is all about , their professionalism , courtesy and respect they show for others Excellent . I recommend this bank to anyone .

  Buyer beware consumer alert , I was told I could fix my rate on my home equity loan and lock in my rate then when i get there I was told something different and there was no modification papers ready to sign . Robert was gone and was told i had to do a whole new loan in order to modify it . People do not believe them READ THE FINE PRINT . I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET ONE YR AT PROMO INTEREST RATE THEN THE LOAN ONLY GAVE 6 MONTHS!!! i ASK THE SUPERVISOR TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM AND GIVE ME THE RATE THAT ROBERT GAVE ME AND LOCKED IT AT , THEN I TOLD THAT HIS EMPLOYEE TOLD ME INCORRECT INFO. PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST TRUSTCO . They have not been trustworthy bank and I will be taking my business elsewhere .

  Vinny and the staff are great! We discovered Trustco at the opening of their Palm Beach branch and went back to open accounts because of how kindly they treated everyone. Their mortgage products couldn't be beat so we refinanced with Vinny and it was literally the smoothest real estate transaction we have ever had. #notanad #justgreatservice

  The Branch Manager Vinny Amore helped me open an account and offered some great promotions. This bank is terrific, they have been in business over a hundred years. The reason? Service,, privacy and protection of your assets. That's a hard thing to find today. Almost impossible. Vinny was willing to come to my office and go over there programs. I have had many banks since my first savings account when i was 12 years old. This type of banking and service is what business owners and homeowners deserve. I referred him some family members that are currently in the middle of refinancing and moving accounts over. Vinny is A+ . I'm looking forward to using there NO-Fee merchant services. Can you believe it? A bank that does not charge fees to accept payment's. This bank knows banking is long term unlike these bailed out 50% owned lenders in the banking arena.
