Amer Smith1DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I ordered a new card but forgot to change my address so I called back 5 minutes later and was told to come on to a a franchise so I could update it so about 15 minutes later I go to one and update my address and I was told it would be fixed in the system and that my card would take 5-7 Business days so after 7 days I call to be told that my card would be coming in 10-15 days “due to COVID” I asked if the address update was fixed and I was told it was so today I call and get answers by a rude woman with an attitude named Liz who told me that my card would be going to my old address instead of my updated address and when I got upset and asked why wouldn’t I just be told that the same day I tried to fix the error or when I called for an update she placed me on hold and ignored all my questions

MsKeke CuttingUp1I went into the branch last week.regarding getting a new debt card. There was two new employee training and the other lady was on break. How ever the 2 new employees as the branch manager a white man to assist them with helping cancel my card and get a new one. However he was extremely rude towards me for no reason he didn’t have the proper paper work for me to fill out to get a new card then told them to just have me write down my information and they will go from there he main concern was charging me $10 for a replacement card that never got replace at all. I called the next day to see if my card had been cancel and nothing was done but they made sure to charge my account for the replacement card. Just flat out horrible services over all

Tim Schaffner5I cannot speak highly enough of the staff here. They have been an integral partner to me for the last 6+ years. They approved my first car loan (refinanced) and lowered my rate from 25% to 7% and I didnt have any credit history. A month later they gave me a loan for a brand new truck with no money down. My first loan is almost paid off, and looking back, this review is long overdue. Furthermore, the cashiers and managers at all of the locations are very helpful. I have dealt with so many great people at this bank. They are truly deserving of a higher ranking than 5 stars.

Jaia Washington1I have been a member of this bank for over 20 years, I went in this morning to reopen my business account and was told by a teller that Brenda Yeager was too short handed to come and speak with me. There was one other person in the bank , I tried to explain that I was going to receive $100k wire transfer and really needed some assistance. He went back and Brenda told him again she was busy and refused to see me. I needed to make an appointment and It must be very busy for this kind of poor service. Again there was only 1 other person in the bank, a 2 minute conversation would have cost Brenda nothing. I won't come back on Thursday.

Yolo DaDuchess5I've been banking with this bank since it was cccu. I was 13 when I opened my account. My grandmother along with majority of my family uses this credit union. The service is pleasant and helpful. I'm never closing my account.

Denise Ray5I was having trouble with my debit card. Called bank and found out about possible fraud charges. Of course I did make those charges, but not somewhere I usually shop. they put a fraud alert on my card. once I verified I had made those purchases it was all resolved. Many thanks to trupartners for such great monitoring of our account. All of customer services were extremely efficient and promptly resolved issue.

Michael Higgs1The staff seems to be unreliable and incompetent. For one they overdrafted my account and I had to come in office to correct them. For two when my debit card was invalidated due to credit card fraud they Eassured me they would issue me a new card and gave me a reloadable card. The reloadale card is only reloadable 4 tines a month and after checking on when i would receive my new card one teller told me they have yet to issue another out. This is a frustrating process that tru partner should be use to handling... however they made a bad situation worst.

Makiah “Callme_Kiah” Malan1I've been a member to this credit union for a very long time. Ever since they are no longer Communicating Arts they are the WORST credit union I have ever had. I have never been so bombarded with rudeness, hidden and unexplained fees, and just disregard for someone who is enabling your job by having my money in that bank. They signed me up for a service that I never asked for and when I was charged for that service they wanted to charge me to cancel, they now charge $28 every time your card gets DECLINED.. unless you sign up for their courtesy pay service which still results in a $28 fee. I absolutely hate them and am going to close all of my accounts. The new call center reps are rude and argumentative, nobody needs that when I am calling the bank. I have never in my life, as someone who has worked in banking on both sides, call center and branch it is disheartening to see such disrespect.

Teresa Hockney2Been a long time member but a new employee is causing me issue's there everytime I go in. I've even heard in line other customers complain about how much trouble he puts them threw asking them 1000 questions etc. It seems to only be certain one's of us he does it to. I've started going way out of my way because of this.
