      Overall these guys are awesome. Long wait times on phones but they’re super helpful. Frustrating they’re not open on the weekends however I’d rather deal with them than a bigger bank any day.

Our Carthage and Western Hills branches are open on the weekends until 1pm as well as our phone service. OTR and Queensgate are currently not.       No Saturday lobby hours, can't get in on weekdays either, I've been a member for over 25 years-but I'm done with them. Better service from a payday loan or check cashing store! ZERO STARS!

      Wanted to start a new account but my brother had broke down the day of my appointment and needed my help. So I called to reschedule and the lady was mean and rude. Told me I couldnt come the next Monday cause they were booked and only gave me Tuesday as an option to come in. I said I'm busy Tuesday and she said well you cant come Monday! That was it for me. I want to know my money is with friendly people I can trust. Clearly I can not trust the people in Carthage.

      Terrible service loan officer lady was extremely rude. Would recommend going anywhere but them.

      Very friendly & courteous, make sure all my needs are met apologizes if there is a mistake take care of it expediently even though it rare that a mistake is made I Love the Humans who work there❤️👍🏽
