  Yesterday I went into this branch, against my better judgement, to get a new bank card issued to me, because I had my old one was closed due to fraudulent activity. I was told my card would be active in 30 minutes. Later that night I tried to go online and pay for my health insurance and it kept telling me I was putting in the wrong card number. I just got off the phone with customer service and they told me instead of activating my new card, the teller canceled it. Now how on earth do you deactivate or cancel a brand new card? Especially after confirming all the details w2ith me? This is a huge inconvenience for me as I'm set to be traveling for the next 4 days. Now I have to go back to the bank and explain all of this and get another "new" card because there is no way to reverse the closing of this new card.

  Love the female manager and tellers! Soo friendly and do their best to assist you. I was having a problem and the manager helped me get everything straightened out, along with giving me her card to call her if their was any further problems. I love going there. Always a welcoming smile for their members. No long lines.

  Caucasian lady wouldn't open the door so I could simply ask if they had a drive thru another woman opened the door and answered my question politely and gave me respect and courtesy. Just because I dress with my shorts and t-shirt does not mean you can treat me any different than a person thats all dressed up. Truliant Caucasian employees do this alot so im sick of it i had to say something today. Im thinking about just sticking with USAA and closing my accounts with Truliant.

  My experience with Alisha today was by far the worst I've experienced since becoming a member in 2010. I went in to discuss applying for a used car loan only to find out that my account had been closed since October 2017 without notice & my money was sent to the state. I asked her do you guys not at least call your customers stating that accounts are about to be closed? Shes says "NO" we can't call everybody, I said well ma'am I've contacted Truliant about a year or so ago so if there was an issue with my account why wouldn't they have said something then? She then says their not supposed to, I said do what? She says we were losing money leaving that account open anyway so it was best to close it. "WOW" was my reaction! I definitely won't be visiting this location again, and will definitely let friends & family know about this experience.

  It's sad to see what happened to truliant since they decided to expand. I went in to deposit a small amount of cash which is actually my son's. It was a mix of bills and a hand full of change. I was told the change needs to be rolled ( keep in mind not enough to be rolled) and it's a waste of their time to count it. I'm sorry I thought that it was you job to house our money. The teller then rolled her eyes to the other teller. This type of customy service is why I keep my actual money elsewhere and only keep this open to pass money through to Ally.

  It took 30 minutes for someone to help me/ speak to me(it wasn't busy). Alisha Green is so rude and unhelpful. It was almost as if she eas annoyed she had to help me. She stared at her computer screen the whole time and maybe looked at me twice. I remained pleasant the whole time, but after a while I got up and left. I couldn't take anymore of the disrespect

  Friendly banking and easy process to oprn an account. Front desk welcomes with you a smile and Dorian is a good man helps customers in explaining the things clearly

  I’ve enjoyed every experience at this Truliant location. Staff is always friendly, attentive, and they move very quickly. The branch manager Carol is also a shining example of excellent customer service!

  Went into the branch was told they were closing in 10 minutes. Staff wasn’t friendly about it. Makes you not want to join your business. The experience wasn’t a good one. Will not go back
