  They are the slowest mortgage company. Good luck talking to anyone. If you need to do something as simple as switching your insurance, good luck finding the right address, they have about 3 on your login page and none of them are right. I called twice and emailed on Nov 8th. On December 18th I got an encrypted message, had to download the message, go to a new website and the letter said- Your insurance in current, please call with any questions. The absolute incompetence at this place is baffling. We will be paying off our mortgage as fast as possible to make sure these morons don't get more than they deserve.

  We made it!!! Thank you so much for all of your assistance. The process of purchasing a home can be one of confusion, frustration, twists and turns. However for me, you made it an ease. It has been a pleasure working with you over the past few weeks as I looked to purchase my home. I was in talks with another lender at the beginning of this process; however you quickly displayed that you and New Penn were the best to be assisting me with financing the purchase. There was not an email left without a reply nor a phone call left without either an answer or a returned call. You are a true professional who made the experience a pleasure.   This business is the WORST! my lady has closed on her house 9/15/2021 on Zoom an they haven't gave her the keys to the house yet ..they keep saying it hasn't been recorded this is stressful as hell and messed up that they are doing this too her! STILL NO KEYS AND NO RECORDING

  like to express my deepest appreciation to your company. These past three months of my life had been of great joy, peace and encouragement. NewRez had been represented, by what I like to call an outstanding and honest, knowledgeable, STRONG and dedicated mortgage representative I have ever known. I would like to make mention that this is the fourth home I have purchased and the process has never been as simple, as reliable and easy to understand, I have ever experienced. Kenneth Coram was your agent that help me throughout this process. My life in the last 7 years, has been a very difficult path due to circumstances brought to us by one bad choice on my part. We experience separation, loss, defeat in all aspects our our lives. Recently for the last year our circumstances began to change for good and in the middle of this process is when I met Kenneth.. Kenneth called responding to an inquiry my wife submitted over the internet to purchase a home. I received many calls with promises of getting us into a mortgage loan, which vanished due to the lack of interest in the agents. But not with Kenneth. Kenneth took a special interest in our situation, he presented himself as a very intelligent, well spoken and smart mortgage representative, to the point of disbelief. Due to many disappointments, we were very discouraged to even work on an application. And it was because Kenneth reassured us that based on his knowledge and experience, our chances for being approved were in our favor. After we found our first home, Kenneth would go above and beyond to communicate with all parties involved, from Realtors to Closing attorney to ensure everyone was on the same page. Then the deal did not go through. Then we found another home, the one we are currently lining and Kenneth did just the same. Here it is where I can't describe the happiness we are currently experiencing, my wife who has been waking up every morning just being grateful for her beautiful home, my children who play ALL day long and say how much they love their home. Even my parents who live in Puerto Rico have always pray for us, pray for blessings to NewRez and especially for Kenneth. I would like to recommend him to give input to your VP of consumer satisfaction, to share his knowledge and his process. This I know will give your company a boost in loans originated, closing percentage. Lastly, I want to thank NewRez for providing us with the tools Kenneth used in assisting us in purchasing our new home. I would recommend your mortgage company to anyone who would need to purchase a new home and I know that if you keep individuals like Kenneth, you will be very successful!

  The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My loan rep, Dwight Crawford, and his team were unbelievably disorganized and honestly it seemed like they had never closed a loan in their life. After almost 4 months of delaying closing because of either them forgetting to send something out or requesting documents from the irs the day before closing (getting something from the irs takes at least two weeks). All in all, avoid this company like the plague. They are unbelievably bad at what they do. I would give 0 stars if I could.

  Worst bank I everseen.If there is any negative number I will give them in rating.They say you at starting your loan is approved and start asking your paperwork and say everything thing is fine and you will have closing done on same day .Day before closing will ask you moer paperwork and they are not sure that closing will be done at same date.

  I couldn't have asked for better service! Not only did my loan officer, Jamie M make my experience easy and quickly but her manager, Jason Horten also made sure that I was taken care throughout the entire process! Talk about have a loan close quickly and with the best service ever! They definitely have my business for life!!

  NewRez purchased my mortgage and it has been a nightmare. Newrez is harrassing me over mortgage payments they recieved but did not apply to my account. My house is 300k and my mortgage is 100k and they are attempting to steal my property from me by stating they have not received any mortgage payments. The New Rez mortgage statements show the payments but these payments are placed in a suspension account. Can you say mortgage and bank fraud.....My lawyer can......
