I came in at 4:40pm to tell them I came because I tried to open my account online. Which I worked in a bank anybody that is inside the branch should be helped. And she just wanted to leave and not help what kind of service is that.

Trash. The merger aka Truist has made this place completely fall apart. If you are an existing Suntrust customer, switch banks now and don't look back. If you are not an existing Suntrust member, you're welcome for the heads up. Between the app being extremely buggy, and all the new terms with the merger, this is a disaster. Best part of all is everyone is in "training to handle the merger." lol

Lisa Layne has a Super attitude and A lot of patience. Doing business with her was pleasant and uncomplicated! She is very kind and she really listens. She is a very happy person and a proactive problem solver. Thank you so much for your kindness and keeping me laughing. I definitely recommend this SunTrust and using their drive up banking.

Do not bank with SunTrust or Truist. This has been a neverending steeam of babl mistakes and unfollowable transactions. These people are crooks, every morning for the last month I've had to open my account to make sure they haven't done anything deceptive or incorrect. It's a nightmare. DON'T BANK WITH SUNTRUST OR TRUIST!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! However the people who work in this branch are nice, and it's not their fault they now work for a terrible organization .

Doing simple business transactions with this bank is not easy. I have been doing the same exact transaction every single month for the past (almost) 5 years for a local business. This business has banked with SunTrust for many years. At first it was pretty easy and everyone was friendly. I do not know what has happened, but in the past year, things have went down hill pretty quickly. The staff now have gained an arrogance about them and have become quite rude and condescending, especially one lady. Oh, but rude and condescending with a smile so you cannot say anything about the way you were treated. Every month they seem to pull out more and more "rules" and reasons why they cannot complete the transaction. They say the rules have been in place for awhile but I guess they are only enforcing them now. The transaction is eventually completed after a very lengthy interrogation. More specific rules are given, I take them back to the business, and the accommodations are made for the following month only to have another set of regulations given to me after yet again trying to deny the transaction. For example... can't use the drive thru, which I have used almost every single time in the past. They have recently even charged their own client, this local business, $16.00 to cash one of their own business checks. I have asked "why the difficulty after all these years?" and the reason I was given is because I, personally, am not a Suntrust client. I explained to the teller that "I" personally am not doing business with them and that "I" am doing business for the business for which "I" am employed. I was then told that I could open a checking account with them. "Not a chance" I said to myself. If you are looking for a bank, for personal of business, I can not recommend this one!

I love SunTrust - especially this location. Everyone knows my name when I go in. Staff are friendly and efficient. They help solve any problems and answer any questions. They are always eager to help find better rates or other products to help. Plenty of parking. Drive through. ATM. I have my business and personal accounts there.

Worst experience trying to get a home equity loan . Typical marginally trained lender Michael kept babbling everything’s a go...all set. Should be done in couple weeks . Couple weeks go by Oh we need the pay off. When do I need to get the payoff on a mortgage. Ridiculous. Another week goes by. All set. Then Oh they need to do a drive by appraisal..ah ok why wasn’t this done three weeks ago. Blah blah. So they do a drive by and list two one bedroom units and two two bedroom units. Needless to say the numbers didn’t work. So they do an actual appraisal and of course numbers just fine. And the icing on the cake . SunTrust wants more flood insurance. Now Im in a high rise , it’s the condos policy, not the individual. I’m on the 15th floor hello , if it floods south fl is in serious trouble ! It’s ok you can get a policy for 200 a year. NOW AFTER MAKING TWO CALLS , one of which was Wells Fargo..which of course made me nervous with their past history. BUT GUESS what in Five mins yes the Wells Fargo branch goes let me guess your Flood Policy. I said you know about this...yep it makes it very very difficult. FMEA requires banks to take the condo policy flood limit..in my case 31M divide by 160 units and that makes it 194K the max loan rate combining your first and second. Crazy but whats crazy is the horrible experience Suntrust put me through. AND THE waste of time and money on their part to do TWO appraisal's ! ..Suntrust is incompetent .. the local branch unprofessional Please don’t waste your time with this bank

I have been a Suntrust customer off and on since 1977 during my college days. This bank and this branch just don't get it. Today's internet world is so challenging.. I have asked this branch manager when is Suntrust going to beef up its security. Most banks when you log on a different device..it prompts a security question... IT's the norm. I have shared my issued trying to get car loans in the past and the employees at this branch just pass the buck. I have shared my issues getting an home equity loan with this branch and I guess poor customer service is Suntrust's goal. No more ...goodbye

I have nothing but great service at this branch which is right by my house. The staff has been nice and friendly and the line moves quickly. Parking is easy and the drive up ATM is in a safe, well lit location.
