Noorullah Alizada1No one acknowledged me at drive through for the last 15 minutes. Called 4 times still no acknowledgment. The lane on my left was acknowledged in 30 seconds but I was acknowledged after 20 minutes. Both lanes were open see displayed picture.

Christina Taylor4I've been to this location twice since the BB&T closed, the same lady helped me at the drive-thru both times and she was very nice. Only one window open each time so prepared to wait a bit but that's ok. So far I've been pleased with the customer service I've received.

Cindy Cronin3On Sat. 8/21 I went to the drive thru, it said closed. It was 9:01 am I drove to front door and 3 cars were waiting at the front to get in. Doors were locked. I drove back to drive thru and sat till 9:08 and had to leave for work.

trish good1Worst location! DO NOT COME HERE! Nida has horrible customer service. My boss has had a business account here for 10+ years& has wrote out my paycheck for the last 6 years! I went to cash my check today & Nida said the G on my last name looked like an H??? She called someone over to look at it and that person was very sweet and said just do it BUT Nida I guess wasnt having a good day &still said no. She didnt cash my check! Seriously? So inconvenient. Maybe if they hired people that actually knew what they were doing then the bank would be better. I'm not surprised they have a 1.7 rating. Horrible location!

David Spear1Horrible customer service & seem to choose who they help first dependent on ethnicity. I went to the drive through on 5 occasions. On four of those occasions people that appeared to be Spanish speaking pulled up to the drive through after I had been acknowledged & asked to be helped, but ended up being helped several minutes before myself. I usually visit on my lunch break so time is very important to me. The other occasion no other customer was present. There was another Sun Trust about a mile away on Sudley across from the hospital that was closed that issues such as this never came into question. It looks as if the wrong one was closed.

Branden Ross-Rucker1Incredibly Racist and arrogant. I won't be coming back to this bank for an account. Three other people were helped in the time that the drive-thru teller was supposed to be helping me. And the entire time she had the snottiest attitude. And I had to ask her for the most basic of services, that everywhere else was automatically done, like having my account balance printed on my deposit slip, or even getting a receipt. And not too mention the fact that she repeatedly asked if this was my account and my check DESPITE the fact that I gave her my ID, and explained that my name is so long it gets cut off. She REFUSED to help me until she had a manger come and VERIFY my account. EVEN THOUGH I told her two of my recent transactions, one of which was a debit transaction needing my PIN. I will be taking my business elsewhere, where the tellers don't have such high horses and aren't bigots.

Tina F1I just stopped to cash a check after I sold my car. The check I recieved was written from this bank. I was told I had to pay a $7.00 fee since I DO Not have an account with them, Ok understood. Now I’m told I can only get 14.3% of the written check, and they will issue me a check for the balance? What’s the point of only give me a small percentage of my check? I left and went to my bank “The Fauquier Bank”! So much for customer service when you can’t even get the check cashed from the buyers bank when you sell your car. Terrible! Not happy & I’ll be sure to spread the word daily.

M SK1This bank does not live up to their customer service promises they make in their adds or on their in branch banners, brochures, etc. I have been banking with them since 1987 and I am absolutely disgusted by their branch employees both at Centreville branch and Manassas Junction in Virginia. Most employees are incompetent and they are all driven to push their products every single time you walk in to their branch. And if they don't get the business, they treat you as a non customer and ignore you. The Centreville branch manager Imran Showkat and the premier banker Daniel Nguyen as well as the investment representative just teamed up together and refused to handle my request last week I was at the branch. I am confident because I did not show interest to for their investment products last year, they started avoiding me after that. I am committed to change my bank as soon as I am done filing my taxes. Rebecca Wood1Sad that I can write this while I wait in the drive thru line. Going to any other Suntrust/Truist !!! This branch is just a hot mess every time. Does not depend on day or time.
