Love my bank...... staff cheerful and helpful. Like so many other businesses, Covid has them VERY short staffed, so lobby is closed making dive-thru doing all the business.

Horrible wait times for banking issues when calling customer service automated system said 3-5 minutes currently at 24 minutes of waiting !! They don't deserve 1 star!!
