      I've been banking here for a decade. All my needs are met here. But MORE than that, RUTH ANN, the branch manager has been so GRACIOUS in her efforts to provide EXEMPLARY SERVICE!!!       So the app messed up one of my payments and doubled it and nobody at this branch was willing to help try to have the fee removed
