  Every time I come here it seems there is a problem, today I came right after dropping my child off at school and I know the bank does not open until 9 am but I just parked and was in my car never got out of it. A bank employee gets out of her car comes to my car window and knocks on it and I crack the window she says I hate to to have to kick you out but you can not be in the parking lot until 15 minutes because we have opening procedure, nowhere is it posted that you can just wait in your own car until opening time. I have just about had it with this location. So rude.

  This may not be SunTrust fault completely....but this morning after dropping off my kids I needed to go to bank and deposit money in order to go get gas. I pull up and this truck is here . I there at least 15 mins waiting. I honked once to make sure Someone was there . he waited then showed his face. Theb, I continued to wait.I think again to see if this time he will inform me of what is going on. He comes out, has the rudest look on his face while walking to his truck .gets what he needs and walks slow. I mean slow.ignores me.I keep waiting thinking eventually again this time to say what is going on. He cuts to it and says your going to have to leave.gas stations use card. (Obviously, but I'm broke) Machine is broken.i said I cant I have to put money in.I'm literally on e. And while stting there it began to put. I was there so long that gas was just burning away. There was a lady who saw the hole thing. He was so rude. All he had to say the 2 chances prior to the last was it may be a while or anything . but I waited assumming the prick was just loading machines or putting money in...I mean anything. He was a dick!SunTrust since I'm not allowed to posthis pictures here...I will on Facebook .
