  Do yourself a favor. Go to another branch or find another bank period. This branch has serious customer service issues. They will go out of their way to make your banking visit as difficult as possible. I usually just leave there and go to My Holly branch. Those girls over there are much more helpful and pleasant

  To Whom it may concern, I came by this branch Sat.12/20/2014 AT 11:40 Am. to cash 2 checks drawn on this establishment,that we needed desperately needed to pay a bill.....All the lights were off,and the shades were not pulled at at that time....we waited at the window for a few minutes,and did not see anyone,But they were cars parked at the end of the lot?? We only live a couple of blocks from there,and were thinking about changing banks,(for the Sat Service) But on our brisk walk( about 20 min.later)The Shades were pulled and cars gone??? If this is the way you do business on Saturdays, We don't want any part of it.I guess we will stay with SECU Where we've been the past 15 years......Thanks John

  Absolutely the rudest service ever. Went right down the street to South State! South State tellers were beyond wonderful and went above and beyond! So courteous! So professional! Do not give this BB&T your business! What a NIGHTMARE!!!!!

  Always get quik service. And people, pay the other persons review no mind because bb&t in Stanley has NEVER opened on Saturday and they obviously didn't read the banks hours of operations. Paying attention to detail is key

  Unresponsive to members issues. Someone attempted to steal money from my mothers account and we have waited for months to get any help.(still nothing) Even after filing a police report they have not responded.

  All employees here are super nice and quick as well. Haven't had one issue. Very polite and honest great people all round
