  I recently opened an account here since it’s closer to home than the bank I’ve been with for 10 years. What a MISTAKE that was. Absolutely the worst bank I have ever done business with. They won’t even allow me to cash a check and on the rare occasion they do, they hold the funds hostage for weeks. Many other issues that I don’t feel like addressing here. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

  This bank branch is the absolute slowest bank drive thru! The line was literally wrapped around the bank and they only had one drive thru open. This was a day after a holiday so the bank should have anticipated a busy day but no they could care less about their customers valuable time!

  Staff is friendly however this bank has the slowest service ever experienced at a drive thru. Typically 1 person working the drive thru and this person also works inside teller duties. This person is super slow at her duties. Always a long wait even if only 1 or 2 cars at drive thru.

  Unbelievable the drive thru super slow. The branch manager needs to hire additional help to service the drive thru. There is one particular teller at the drive thru that needs to be removed or retrained. Seen slugs move faster.

  These people do not care about you, the tellers are nice but the Investment team misplaced a check that was to be deposited into our retirement account and did not EVER bother to tell us. The money is gone and they are saying it is not all our fault. I would never recommend them to anyone, we are closing our accounts.

  The ATM seems to ALWAYS be down, under service, or have any other issue to where you can't use it. So, you have to go inside or to the drive thru where there aren't enough employees working to make it as quick as possible.

  We’ve had a great experience with this branch. Very friendly and it feels like a small town bank more than a big bank.

  This branch needs to hire additional help to work the drive through. They are incredibly slow. Slow slow slow.
