  Trust & believe you don't want to bank w/Truist....first over paid a check $50 ....took 4 hours surfing from dept to dept .to get resolved... finally Truist solution was I had go back to person OVERPAID by bank to collect my funds....I drove 20-25 min to make deposit bank had closed although business hours reflected differently.....couldn't drive so I sent cash along with deposit slip to deposit by 3rd party on my behalf deposit was refused !!! This was all I'm one week and you never can contact branch or receive call backs

  This Suntrust branch is great. The local team is amazing and they had us setup quickly. I called the offsite card support department and was surprised to be quickly connected to a US rep. Some of their technology is a bit outdated (I am a huge tech guy) but they have apps and online banking which works well. I give them a big 5 star just for the outstanding customer service at the Bedford branch. Human customer service is a BIG DEAL even in 2017.
