  Very unprofessional place of business. There is a skinny redneck with glasses that works the counter. He is a complete joke and because he open carries a gun on his skinny little hip he feels empowered to make very sarcastic remarks and he makes fun of the customers right in front of them. They have a very poor inventory when it comes to guns, jewelry, and electronics. If you ask him a question he will respond with 6th grade sarcasm mainly because that is the last grade he completed. Go visit a pawn shop in Roanoke or Lynchburg if you want a decent selection and to be treated like a real customer.

  Pete has always been courteous and polite. I enjoy dealing with Pete. I have purchased several things from him in the last couple of years. He has always been professional.

  Brian VanDyke has some nerve to try and slander a reputable business in Bedford, VA for the sole reason he was asked to leave the store because he was trying to interfere with a Confidential Federal Firearms Transaction. Also did not want to stick around when local law enforcement was called in!

  my wife and myself stop in for a laptop my wife talk to them and got one for 70 we were told works great we get home and plug it up and let it charge 2 hours later it wont work without being plugged in we also tried to update the computer and it also wont do that the dvd drive wont work took to best buy and they said the windows program is a pirated copy and in order to do anything I have to buy a new windows key we called blue ridge pawn and to them and they say it works great and we are wrong so I called the common wealth attorney and have to meet with them on Friday with my papers from best buy and the pawn receipt and computer we was also told this is NOT the first time someone has had problems with that store I STRONGLEY ADVISE DO NOT DO BISSNESS WITH THEM

  The worst experience ever, the owner is a crook trying to rip off the hard working American. DO NOT GO HERE!!! It is way worth the drive to go to Lynchburg or Roanoke, this place is a disgrace and should be shutdown!!
