      I would have given 0 stars if it were an option. We arrived shortly after 9 to open an account. The branch manager said they could have no more than 4 people inside so we had to wait outside, and hitch was not an issue for us. However, for the 20 minutes or more we waited outside, at least 4 walked out. The manager came outside several times and took bank deposits for cars coming and going waiting in line while we remained standing outside!! The branch manager could use some training on how to manage if short staffed, or if customers need to wait outside, place a sign! How can you continue to take deposits for cars waiting in the drive thru when you have an empty lobby and customers waiting outside your door?!?! Never again at this particular BBT!!!

      I had the worse experience there today! I have been banking with them for 5 yrs and I had an issue with my account since march of this year and went to every avenue to get this issue fixed and got wrong info from tellers and 1 banker. I got upset with my service and asked for a manager; then asked me why was i making a scene like I was child and talked down to me gave the worse customer service and felt like he was trying to intimidate me the entire time! Asked for a higher up to report this incident to and gave me a card while his was shaking i felt like he wanted to hit me. I felt like this could have been slighly racist as well.

      Poor customer service. Made me extremely angry and wasted my time. I did not have this much trouble at my old BB&T branch. Wish I never moved.
