Truist Reviews

Walker Evans1Asked fastest way to deposit because I wanted a wire transfer for a time sensitive investment. Teller said check would be cheaper and faster so a check was deposited. Check clears from other bank. SunTrust puts an arbitrary hold. I talk to corporate, this branch, help desk in India, fraud department, and security department all of them tell me conflicting stories and out right lie to me. I've been a customer for years and SunTrust continues to disappoint me. "We'll solve this as fast as we can" they didn't. Instead they continued to stall till their arbitrary clearing time. I missed out on my investment. And SunTrust got ten days of my money for zero percent interest. When they finally clear I'll be closing my account shortly after. None of my issues would have happened if money had been wired transfered in first place. They said as much after the fact but refused to lift hold. Severe lack of professionalism and respect. Avoid SunTrust (now truist) and this branch specifically.

kim smith2This is one of the worse Suntrusts. I have closed several of my accounts with them. Every time I go there , drive thru or walk in I get harassed to open a charge card with them, no matter how many times I tell them I AM NOT INTERESTED. The tellers are not friendly AT ALL. Today I went thru the drive in and had to wait like FOREVER to make two payments..when the teller gave me my receipt I asked her if there was a problem...I got a SNOTTY "NO! it always takes that much time to process a payment". I have gone thru the drive thru countless times before with the same payment and it NEVER took that much time. I did not appreciate the ''NO!" Find another bank because this one does not know how to treat customers.

Marshall Terry5I deal with this branch all of the time the other reviews of the tellers at the drive thru and in side are misleading. If you are in a hurry go in side . The women that work there are very happy go lucky people.

Kristin Jensen1I only went to this bank to deposit a check for my husband. I'd never bank here. I gave the teller his check and account number and she made me fill out the deposit slip and then told me "for future reference they're over there". Very rude. I've never been told to fill out the deposit slip from ANY other teller from ANY other bank!

Donald Shropshire1Typical of banks there is a charge for cashing their own checks. Seems like robbery to me, next time I'll go to a store and give them money.
