  If I Could Give Them No Star's I Would Very Ghetto I Never Really Go To This Bank Much But Twice And First Time They Give Such A Hard Time So The Second Time Using Them I Just Got My Refund Check And They Was The Closest Tva Bank To Me At The Moment I Came In Gave & Lady My Check She Looked At It Like It Was Something Wrong With It Then She Asked Me Where I Got It From Which I Said Where I Get My Taxes Done At Is There A Problem She First Said They Got Put My Check On A 5 Day Hold I Ask Why She Said Because My Account Was In A Negative So I Asked If They Can Just Cash My Check And I Pay For My Account Being In Negative Which She Said No They Still Can't Because It' Was A Big Check And That They Still Have To Put A 5 Day Hold I Told Her No Thank You I Cash My Check At My Regular Bank Which I Did And They Gave Me No Problem No Hold No Nothin

  Excellent credit union. Very friendly warm staff. Better than a bank. Works for many different needs. Staff will go out of there way to help. If your not already a member. You must check it out

  It's OK, I guess. ATM is really slow, and there's a lot of foot traffic in the immediate area, so it's kind of sketchy. Generally only recommend going to this location during the day. Otherwise, all the normal bank services are available here.

  Always had a good experience banking at this location. It is convenient to me and the staff has always been friendly here.

  the only time i've ever had a good experience is with one lady i think her name is Mary very knowledgeable very friendly and professional when i have to bank i wait on her she is exceptional at her job and i have never given a review before it's just sometimes people should get recognition

  Please fix the phone system. My sister cannot get on the website and when she tries to call it doesn't accept her member id
