  It shouldn't take 50 + minutes to reach someone on the phone! This problem has occurred on every call (5 of them) I have made. The longest has been 64 minutes. I dread having to call. I live out of state so I have no other option but to call. The bank needs to hire additional personnel to answer calls quicker.

  Rude , nasty , slow , the huntersville nc branch is the absolute worst branch ever . They do not care about their customers satisfaction at all . Their employees need better training in compassion and hospitality for their customers . I have been going to other truest branches for quite some time and I am appalled at how the huntersville branch treats their customers , I’m certain a lot of people switch banks after stepping foot in this branch , horrible business .

  If I could give 0 stars to Sun Trust Bank, I would. I am a senior citizen and I specifically opened a new checking account at the Sun Trust branch in Huntersville because they had a promotion going that would give $200 to anyone who opened an account with direct deposit. I took the time and trouble to transfer my income directly to this account. They completely reneged on paying me this incentive, even after I called the branch manager, giving me some excuse about how much time it took for the money to arrive (Social Security changes take at least 30 days to go into effect). I had no recourse and I am simply out of luck. I don't trust a bank that would cheat a senior citizen (or cheat anyone for that matter). I am glad they have moved this branch, but I would never use any of Sun Trust services ever again. Beware!

  Worst bank! Not a single soul in the bank and 4 tellers! My daughter wanted to open up a checking account! Said they had an appointment coming in (not even there), and couldn’t help us today! 2 hours still left in the bank day! We went to Aquesta, they were awesome!!

  All the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The branch manager, Courtney, goes above and beyond to assist with any and all questions. Best SunTrust branch I've been with!
