Jae Young Lee1Lady who is manger at branch is not very professionally care the customer. She saying that only care to "Regular Customers" If you are not using this branch regularly, you will not deserve good services. Edward Singleton5I routinely pay bills at the Friendship Heights branch. The employees consistently provide fast and courteous service. They are helpful, friendly, professional, and polite people. I prefer walking into the branch verses pulling up to the drive-thru. You come in with decisiveness and you exit with the same.
