  Federal Title & Escrow made the closing process very simple and easy. They made sure we knew exactly what we were getting intointo be we got there. We we're always well informed. On closing day they greeted us at the top of the stairs.They had all the paper work readyto go and gave us an explanation for everything we were signing. We we're in and out in around 40 mins. I would recommend them to anyone looking for title company.

  A First Class Title Company! We had a serious problem regarding a missing Certificate of Satisfaction from a 2004 mortgage refinancing that clouded the title of our mortgage, which was paid off. Even though we had no prior relationship with Federal Title and Escrow, they jumped right in (kudos to underwriter Saritta Veronesi) and after numerous calls to the less than communicative loan servicer (LoanCare) and the FDIC they secured the all-important Certificate of Satisfaction release from the FDIC. Federal Title was professional, communicative, and most importantly in this case, persistent. Strongly recommend their services. Brian Doherty Bethesda

  The receptionist was very rude. She was very short and had an awful attitude. If she is going to be greeting potential new clients, she needs a lesson on proper telephone etiquette and customer service. Update: I did hear from a staff member who was very apologetic for the receptionists behavior. I ended up using the company and I am having a positive experience. They made a rather difficult experience easy and less stressful.

  We were extremely impressed by the diligence, professionalism, and solutions-oriented approach of everyone at FTE, particularly Catherine, Steve, and Todd. FTE ensured that the transaction closed in a way that addressed and protected all parties' equities. It was a pleasure doing busines with them. I wouldn't think of using anyone else and highly recommend FTE to our friends and colleagues.
