      Horrible customer care service. I sat in the drive thur line waiting for 20+ minutes. No one came on the intercom to greet me. I had to push the call button to get help. She said she has two customers in front of me so I waited. After about 20+ minutes, I I finally started pushing the call button to get my cards back so that I could go to another branch. No response. Tried to call the branch, got the voicemail. It took another 5 minutes to get cards back so that I could drive to another branch.

      This branch has become a joke. They rarely unlock the doors on a Saturday when they clearly state that the lobby is open. Going through the drive thru takes at least 30 minutes. Today, nothing is open. Can't even make a deposit in the atm. I hope this branch is shutting down, may as well at this point.

      I would like to send my appreciation to the branch leader matt jordan. Words can’t describe how kind and helpful he is. Our business was going through hardship during covid. Matt was there every time to help patiently and sympathize with our pain. Matt helped my husband go through the phase of hardship without ever getting frustrated with him asking the same questions over and over. Thank you dear Matt . Please have upper management recognize their great focus among them and appreciate them properly.

      At the Lowry st location Constance Hill has been the best help to me and I’ve been banking there over 40 years even when it was Mid South Bank & Trust back in the day. It’s been a struggle since BB&T merged but Constance has helped with the struggles every time. She is so nice, pleasant to talk with and takes care of it. Suntrust needs to take notice of great employees like Constance!

      A good leader knows his job and able to perform all the duties of thier subordinates. So if I ever had any thought of becoming a SunTrust customer this branch ended it. Mom needed a notary so here's the brake-down. 1 inside teller, 1 drive through teller, a loan officer who is doing everything else, and a Branch manager doing as little as possible. Evidently the Branch manager can't do notary. He did interupt the one lady doing everything to talk to the customers she was trying to get done. A manager who can't do what his subordinates are expected to do, isn't a leader he's just a over titled over paid wannabe.

      Update 12/27/2018 I have been working with Constance Hill at the Smyrna SunTrust and she always looks out for my best interest! She is very friendly and customer service oriented and makes my experiences go smooth and stress free. She also makes my money make money due to her suggestions. Thank you Constance and SunTrust! I've always had a good experience with SunTrust. Although I've learned to really double check my check deposits cause they will enter whatever you write down on it. Once they made a error and I caught it on the deposit slip and I went back in the bank and told them they said that they double check all the check deposits at the end of the night and that they would have caught the error. So now I'm very careful to check all my deposits however the bank usually has no lines and friendly customer service and I love the online app for my phone and the online portal on my computer is extremely convenient.       needed a few coin wrappers, stopped in at a little in the afternoon. There was NO ONE in the bank except in the back offices and ONE teller in the front who was running both the banking to the outside as well as the inside reception. I waited until she was finished processing and thought it would be a really quick thing to just say I needed just a few coin wrappers and get out of her hair since the bank obviously doesn't employ enough people to handle the customers. she refused saying she was conducting a transaction even though the person just walked up. I mean you couldn't reach down and throw a dime wrapper to me, would have taken all of 2 seconds, 3 if you were very slow. So, bottom line, this bank does NOT employ enough people to run it (lunchtime in the early afternoon and ONE person is all you have!!! what the???)

      Terrible. Went to change some big bills for smaller bills and got told that they couldn't help me without an account. Will never stop foot in a SunTrust again. Trash.

      This is mostly covid-19 fault that I waited in the drive through front over an hour because the inside of the bank was closed.
