Was treated so rudely by an employee yesterday, finally had to tell her to shut up. Waited in line to make a car payment for 20 minutes. I don't bank with them only car payment. Maybe someone should call ICC about this place.. I watched alot of unethical things go on in the 20 minutes I was there.

Extremely long lines. About an hour wait if people are only making despoits and withdrawals . Two hours if you get behind someone depositing rolled coins which was every other person. One would think BOA could afford to have mire than two tellers.

I went there at 9am when all other banks are open so I could open a new account. Instead, they changed their hours to open at 10am. So I went to one of their competitors and opened an account. They lost my business.

The customer service is not so friendly, but not rude. There was only one bank teller working when I went in ... I waited about 5 minutes until the line formed of 4 people before they open up another teller. During this Covid19, I feel like they can move the line out little faster if they want to avoid the crowd.

Lines are usually short when I visit but it would be more convenient for me if you would bring back the drive thru teller. I do not have a bank card but have to make deposits into my son's account while he's away in school. Some days it's just too painful getting out and walking into the bank.

The line gets super long. Mostly because of the types of customers this branch gets. Merchants, whose only option is to go to a teller, customers who have special transactions, and customers who refuse to use the freaking ATM. Seriously, they stand in line to deposit a check, withdraw under $500, or to transfer $ into another account. ATM's are not our future people, they are our modern present. Face the facts, banks are not going to hire more tellers for the simple tasks that a machine can do. So please use the ATM. It will cut the line by more than half.

Normally this location is very friendly and helpful. I was quite disappointed today to find that the bank lobby was closed and both ATMs were out of cash. I did not realize the lobby was closed and frankly do not understand since all "Stay at Home" orders have been lifted and restaurants, barbershops and nail salons are open so why is the bank closed?

I go into this branch about 4 or 5 times a week. Every single time I have gone in, there has been a line to the door and one teller working while 3-4 other employees are standing around watching this teller do all the work. I don't know if they just need to hire more tellers or management is just plain last and refuses to help. I've complained twice to the manager about the 20+ min wait I had and he basically just ignored me and told me that this is normal. Very disappointed in this branch. Unfortunately this is the closest one to me while the next nearest one is about 20 min away...

Set an appointment for notary public service, and waited an hour. He said that he didn't know of an appointment you know the person admitting people said that I was on a list I told the notary public to check it once in awhile

An employee complaining because I use iCloud, like what do you want me to do? That’s the type of mail account I use? And then he kept talking about his life story about him not using iCloud. I thought I went to the bank not the circus
