Robert Adkison1I brought my mom to the bank today to do some transactions. My mother is handicapped and in a wheel chair. I could not park in handicapped area. Plus a white Chevrolet Tahoe parked in the handicapped ramp. You have vehicles with out handicapped plaques in vehicles. Also there was no other customers in the bank beside us. So if this your employees shame on them and shame on bosses for allowing it. I am glad I don’t bank here. Very poor customer service

J Alan1Everytime I have been here, there is a huge line. The wait to see someone for account services has been over an hour long. You can hear the account specialists spending a lot of time talking about other things than the account. Being cordial and friendly is one thing, but this is just too much.

Alban Nuhiu1Very poor service 4 tellers one working in a 20 min case and another one working with the drive through and the other two staying cross handed watching the line getting bigger and absolutely doing nothing, very disappointed and i will remove my business account from them. If there is another bank go there.

AB1I was in urgent need to talk to a Sun Trust representative after being locked out of my mobile banking account. After looking at the review ratings for this branch I felt a need to find another branch but this branch was more convenient because of its proximity to my residence so I reluctantly decided upon them. Big mistake. The moment I walked in I got "what are you doing in here vibes?" After sitting in the waiting area for an hour I was finally able to talk to a rep. She handled my business but not in good faith. Attitude is everything and the condescending look she had on her face while helping didnt make me feel welcome there. Don't make the mistake I made. I should've read the reviews in junction with the 2.1 rating. Steer clear of this branch I urge.

Osmin Majano1The staff is not trained. That includes the current manager. I dealt with the manager when I went to perform my transaction. I wanted to close to my account because I was very unhappy with the customer service. When I went to close my account, she told me that by withdrawing all the money that my account was going to automatically be closed? I’ve had a bank account since age 16 and I have never heard that. And the worse part is that I was trying to close a business account because I was transferring to another bank. This could some serious problems because I was going to have 2 bank accounts with the same Employment Identification Number (EIN) number and business name. This type of bad customer service doesn’t happen at this location. I have a review for the location on Murfreesboro Road. The manager this location had forgotten to issue a reimbursement. I went to talk to the manager regarding the reimbursement and told me that it was going to be done the next day. Never happened. One week and half later, I sent an email her, never acknowledged the email, and issued the reimbursement. Specially for a business account, this is very serious. Based on the above, I don’t recommend SunTrust Bank at all.

Nicole Smith1Was asked to schedule an appointment to come in on another day After I waited in the lobby for an hour and 20 minutes with a screaming baby and then got up to leave come closing time. If you need to speak to a teller be prepared to wait a long line no matter what day or what time it is and if you need to do anything With a banker just plan on taking the whole day off from work!!!! I just Wanted to open another bank account I didn't know I needed in appointment

Kelcie Hannah1RUDE!! my id was stolen and I needed a check cashed (the same check it cash there twice a month) for my rent. Instead of trying to help come up with solutions they were rude, sarcastic, and dismissive ( the manager was the worst!!) Called other branches and they said they could accommodate me.. hmm seems like this branch needs some help !! This would never happen at the Bellevue branch!!! Never going back !!

Chaz Van Heyden2After months of upgrading the interior at the 4310 Nolensville Branch*, I THOUGHT we would see the END of the 1-inch thick glass barriers which are not present at other local bank branches in the same area. They inevitably cause misunderstandings between patrons and tellers. As an example, it took four IDENTICAL verbal requests of an agent to get a withdrawal in cash, the way I had asked, from one of the tellers last week. *The upgrades, with the exception of keeping the glass barriers, was very welcome and done well.
