  I do not recommend this location at All. They only have one person to assist with Suntrust Customers. I made an appt to wire some money during my lunch hour and I get there and there is an irate customer who had been in the office an 1-1/2 hour already with the only Suntrust representative and another lady had been waiting an hour. I was told I would have to wait until he finished with the current customer and the lady that had been waiting. What is the purpose of appointments and it's hard to believe with all the people on the bank only 1 was available for suntrust customers.

  Suntrust the bank has been an entity that's been consistently defining themselves by a stream of non-customer-centric practices for years now, but the people at this branch are fine, and seem to generally take their jobs seriously - maybe a bit too seriously for millennial tastes

  Cancelled my account. Kept charging me fees for paper statements even though I enrolled for online statements. Nothing against this branch. They were very nice but the bank itself is a scam. Would not recommend Suntrust to anyone.

  I have came here twice already to open a business checking account, I have never encountered such a rude behavior from a bank. I’m not sure what the problem with this branch is. I went across the street to bb&t and received 5 star service.

  Bank hours show that it's open till 5pm...but it's 2 pm and the drive thru is already close...which is the only option you have. So what's the point to stay open till 5 if you won't tend to your customers???? I about had it with SunTrust and their lack of commitment to their customers. Taking my business to wells Fargo.

  3 lines, long lines, and apparently on the busiest day of the week, only has 1 person to handle it. Bad management at its finest. I will be taking my business to a bank that cares about customers and it’s employees.

  I have tried for months to speak with someone beyond a teller. Horrible customer service. No one seems to care at the newly blended branch. 34 years, time to make a change.

  One of the worst branches for customer service. If you need to talk to a banker and not just the teller, you should find another branch. On multiple occasions I have had to wait over 30 minutes.

  The best people and they are very helpful. The folks that were across the street at BB&T have joined the staff here.

  Worst bank ever ,will manipulate your account so they can charge you extra fees ,this is how they make there money ,when you need customer service your call will go to some foreign land and you will speak with someone who doesn't even speak good English ,just another big bank for the rich, they hung up on me twice after I sat on hold for 10 minutes,will be closing the account and finding a small hometown bank where they speak English and actually care about hard working blue collar americans.
