  Went to bank late Friday afternoon as I needed a temp ATM card. Received outstanding service from Mr. Simpson the Branch Leader, not sure about all the low reviews as I was treated very professionally. The reason for the 4-Star rating is because I called and left a voicemail message and it's going on 2 weeks later have not received a response. Businesses should always return calls of their customers or just don't bother having phone service.

  Since Suntrust has merge with BB&T and become truist. I get no customer service at local branches. Calling the phone has always be a hour to two hour wait requesting a person to, My husband and I are very unhappy we have been with Suntrust or 23 years, We are looking for a new home.

  The worst banking institution in America. The employees are incompetent, the corporation is predatory, and neither care about protecting your money. If you are with them... LEAVE!!!!!!! If you are thinking about opening an account... DON'T!!!!!!!!! Just do a quick Google search and you'll see that they steal money, they hang up on their clients, they have 1-2 hour wait times, and they will not resolve anything. I have already secured a new checking account at Robins and it has been a breath of fresh air. Do not continue to engage with this cesspool of toxic predatory banking.

  Drive thru is insanely SLOW. Takes at least 30 minutes to make a payment or deposit.

  Backed up out onto the HWY 96. Had to use this location again because the Galleria location is closed again. They never have enough people working the tellers and the loan officers are never busy and just sit around. Other banks allow you to go inside and handle business. You should never have to wait an hour to make a deposit. Please don’t blame the Covid either they were horrible before that ever started.

  Lobby is closed while other banks are open. You can make an appointment to open an account but told to go thru drive-thru to close account. Personal banking at its finest! Just one more reason to leave!

  Why does Suntrust still have their lobby closed?? I needed to open an account and was told to make an appointment.. Which is stupid!! What's stopping someone with Covid from making an appointment and walking right in?? Schools safe to open but Suntrust isn't

  Service times are horrible. Waited over 45 minutes. At the kiosk before 5pm and I still have not been helped. They cleared every line except mine. Including waiting on customers after 5pm and customers that came in after me. Management needs to step up and figure it out. The wait time is excessive every time and the lack of customer service is appalling.

  The drive through line is all the way out into the street right now and I’ve waited literally an hr which is ridiculous. They’ve very slow and it shouldn’t take 40 mins close to an hr for me to get my money , I’m switching over to Robins in January.....do not use this bank unless you love having your time wasted.

  Bring a sac lunch and a lawn chair with you. You will be in line awhile.
