  I cannot believe the poor level of service since this bank changed to Truist. I have been a customer since this was Reisterstown Federal and with each acquisition, the service takes a step backward. However, with Truist, we have reached a point where clearly they do not appreciate one’s business and for that reason, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your banking needs.

  I have always been greeted pleasantly and have received fast service at the drive through window and in the lobby. I have also taken advantage of their free Notary service (for current customers) and they were professional and friendly.

  I came here at 435 to deposit my check.... There lobby hours are till 5 and the drive through is till 6 .. And today is a monday. Its just sad to see that they dont know what they are doing. Even there answering machine said its open till 5 and the drive through is open till 6... One star for stupidity. Your a business a well known one at that not some street vendor who can change there hours when ever they want too..

  Terrible customer service my husband went to drive through and teller gave his driver license to someone else she didn’t pay attention to last names or pictures on driver license and they were not busy her excuse was I’m just a human And now he is without his driver license
