Tony Chowdhury1Litterly the slowest bank I have ever been to in my life it takes a average of 30 to 40 mins to make a single transaction! I wouldn't mind the wait if there was a line......but theres usually 3 tellers and maybe in person being helped. They dont even apologize for the wait or acknowledge your existence or even say thank you. Take your business else where. These people hate their jobs and have the personality of a possem

Jim Catalfano2The branch at 6633 Roosevelt Blvd is extremely slow. I find myself wanting to go to a different branch due the slow service I experience every time I come into the branch. Overall I love the bank but they need to staff more than one person behind the counter at this branch. It’s Friday

A. R.5I've been going to this bank since they entered the area. They have nice people running things, who always seem to be willing to go the extra mile to help my family and I. I appreciate that, and find it admirable! Thank you very much BB&T!

Joe John1I been looking for atm and everyone that is around me is out of service. Now when I go to a non bbt I get charged. I a former national Penn Bank member for many decades. I used wawa which are easy to find and more then bb&t. I think I need to close this account out and go to another bank after all these years. ..untilhappy change over you keep taking my money for atm but you don't have atm's that I can get to within 10 miles. ThisI live in mayfair area.

DENISE Alexander1This branch is useless and needs to be permanently closed. They are extremely slow, with no lines by the way. They don’t have upper management in house but yet need upper management to approve transactions. CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN!!!
