      Even if it is convenient, try to avoid this bank. The unprofessionalism is just overwhelming. They go out of their way to make simple transactions difficult ones, and having worked as a teller myself, I know when someone is being discriminatory and lacking proper customer service skills. I will not revisit this bank. My suggestion is that the tellers should go through another round of customer service training.

      Same old stained carpet from Sun Bank. It's a bank, please invest in new stain free carpet. The lady helped me.

      If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH SUNTRUST. They are the worst banking institution I have ever come across. I opened a business bank account and a personal joint checking account. One day while checking my balances, it said I don't have access to this account which was an immediate RED FLAG. I called customer service only to find out that they put me in a no debit no credit status. They had decided to end their relationship with me, and would not tell me why. Now, still 2 weeks later they are holding my money hostage while its "under investigation". This is completely unacceptable. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! WORST BANK! TAKE YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE

      I didn't expect to have a great experience, but I was surprised at how the team made what little wait I had comfortable with treats and water on hand. Everyone that passed checked on me an kept me updated on my service. When I made it to the Manager she upheld the the service that I received from her staff, and extended more drinks and treats as well. Over all she help me get my banking done with out being aggrevated with my endless questions.

      This is the single worst bank AND branch I've ever had to deal with. Don't even bother calling. They almost never answer and if you leave a voice mail they rarely return calls. I even tried emailing one of the personal bankers that I had previously corresponded with and he didn't reply. Showing up in the lobby isn't a reasonable alternative either. I arrived there at 2pm on a Tuesday and there was only one person waiting ahead of me. It took 45 minutes to see someone. And then it took them 90 minutes to do what should have taken 30 minutes at most. During that time the waiting area filled with people that surely got turned away. Situations like those above have happened to me on multiple occasions - it wasn't a one off. This branch is chronically understaffed and very poorly managed. Notice that the few five star reviews have no comments because there are no real five star reviews. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

      Horrible drive through lines and slow tellers. During a pandemic if the inside is closed you need more lanes open other than two!!! The wait is 45min for a simple withdrawal that exceeds atm limits.

      Excellent experience I had here today, I was treated very well by Natasha Santanoo the branch manager. First time I have been to a SunTrust bank to do business. Also got some important information on my future banking. Thanks. Would recommend. 👍

      I am a manager at 7-11 and this is the WORST bank ever!!!!! We deposit large sums of money daily but when you ask for boxes of change either they don’t have any or you have to go inside to get it! I don’t feel comfortable walking out in this area with boxes of money! So ridiculous! What kind of bank doesn’t have enough change in their commercial drive thru!!! We will definitely be looking to take our business elsewhere!
