  Now called Truit Bank, there are fewer branches and the tellers are much nastier...in person & on the phone. Unfortunately, my paychecks are drawn on this bank so I have to do business with them

  This information is on the Willow Lawn Branch Richmond, Va. The tellers are very helpful. The Branch, I take manager ,does not a clue what she is doing and is not helpful at all. I just got off the phone with her and she could not answer my question and transferred me. If several of my payments were not being sweep each month from my account I would change backs. 08-31-18

  This branch is very nasty and I would give them no stars at all. Trust me go to a credit union and bank with them. The manager is a freaking bleep, the woman at the open desk is clueless, and if my government issued I.D. is good enough to buy cigarettes and beer than it's good enough to cash a freakin check even though I did not have an account. I was hurt on the job and that douche bag manager could have assisted me with cashing a flipping check that was issued by their bank and she snidely remarked I can't help you without two I.D.s Ironically she is the reason I am in worse pain today. That's okay my family members are changing banks to Wells Fargo that means you just costed Sun Trust about 25 once loyal customers. Explain that to the higher ups Ms thinking your fat ass is all that!

  Everyone I spoke to was unhelpful in almost every way. I was transferred to customer service, and the woman I spoke to said that she couldn't help me but that the people at the bank, itself, could. I called the bank back after already having been transferred to customer service, and I was told for the second time that they didn't know what to do. Complete incompetence.

  Woman that I was just on the phone with yelled at me then hung up the phone. Completely disappointed. Calling back to talk to the branch manager. So happy I do not bank with Suntrust! No customer service at all!

  Run don't walk away from this bank. Cannot do anything correct including my balences.

  I go to this bank all the time and the bank tellers are always super kind and super helpful!
