  This bank is absolutely horriable after fighting an identity issues and them not wanting to help they shut down my account without notice claiming is owe them a maintenance fee on an account I haven’t used for a year because of the fraud activity eleven with police involved they still wouldn’t make me a priority and provide the asked for documents. Tellers don’t know anything and can’t handle a simple task of transferring money.. Will be filing against the BBB and will be filing against my credit company.

  They refuse to close my account. I have a zero balance and have been in the branch twice (last friday and today). I am not sure what games they are playing but I am not the one. I was told that I needed to deposit $12.00 to cover the upcoming service charge for the month...what? I have a zero balance that should NOT stop you from closing the account. I wanted to give them a try and I opened an account but I am regretting that decision. There are too many options to deal with this level of incompetence.

  Absolutely terrible customer service since BB&T was acquired by SunTrust. They don't return phone calls, and the staff is useless. Moving my personal and business accounts to another bank that cares about customer service.

  Yeah I'm moving banks my last trip took too long for simple requests and I called ahead and again while at their front doors which I wasn't told to be closed made to move while in line instead of just processing my request and getting them. Yeah I'm done with them

  Absolutely the worst BB&T branch I have ever been to. What takes 15-30 minutes at my branch closer to me (they are closed - not sure why) has taken them an hour.

  I used the Fleming Island branch. 12 years ago it was excellent. Service has been going down hill year by year since then. Closing all my accounts with them today.

  Great staff, well at least the tellers, I can’t speak of the rest of the staff. Very dull environment, but it’s a bank so it’s expected. Nice bank!
