Akira Sora5Excellent full-service BB&T bank. There’s plenty of parking with easy access to the building. The teller inside was friendly, efficient and professional. It was slow when I first got there but then several people came in behind me and she handled their transactions quickly and got them on their way. This is a rather large building, there’s a drive up with an ATM and easy access from the street.

Marquise Davis1This bank Teller completely humiliated me. I go for quarters the teller sends all the change back asking to separate it. I have my 3 month old baby in my car after separating all my change. She ask me to come in. I was furious not only did she make completely count the she tells me now I must come into the bank. Im living South Florida and its 82 degrees i have my 3 month babe in the car. They have in the past given me change. I was so humiliated. This is my put my money into this account. Because these teller only treat people upon their status. I was hurt and humiliated. I'll never return.

Shirley Anthony1Worst Bank MANAGER ever, I went to branch to double check a $70.00 wire fee Domestic out going which is $25.00 on their website. I met with the Branch Manager Scott Novell and the attitude was unbelievable. I will not write it here as I am writing directly to the CEO Mr. Kelly King of BB&T Bank. Stay away for this clown, he's all about him. EVEN with Bank Policy printed out from website in front of him , he still was NOT interested in anything I was saying.

Today I went to do this and there was someone I have never seen there before and she came back and told me she couldn’t do it, I asked why and she looked at her coworker and they laughed and she said go ask the one that gave you this check. In the past if any issues, they explain the problem or call to verify- they did nothing but waive me off- extremely rude

Kathy Dolan1WENT TO THE DRIVETHROUGH WITH MY 90 YEAR OLD FATHER AND THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME TO COME INSIDE. ITS A PANDEMIC WHAT ARE DOING ALLOWING THE ELDERY INSIDE. I WILL BE TRANSFERRING MY ACCOUNTS TO A SMALLER BANK THAT CARES ABOUT THE HEALTH OF THERE CUSTOMERS AS WELL AS EMPLOYEES. THEY WERE CLOSED INSIDE FOR MONTHS AND I RESPECTED THIS BANK BUT NOW THAT THE COVID NUMBERS KEEP RISING YOU WANT TO REOPEN.....TYPICAL POLITICAL OR GREED DRIVEN BANK

Monica Leon1The worst customer service ever. They lie about their policies and procedures. Take no responsibility for delays caused by the bank. Too many excuses to hold on to your money and not give your money to you. Beware biggest scam is customer service. Banker who lie to you and have no idea what they are talking about. Worst bank ever to deal with when having problems with your account.
