quickfly141I went in for cashiers checks and meline was rude to did not seem like she wanted to help me at all. Need to train there staff to be more helpful and nicer to there customers. When they changed over from suntrust it went down hill from there we will be changing banks. Do not use truist banks. Horrible bank. suntrust was good

Ernie Q1If I could give zero stars I would. Ever since they went Truist, they have slashed their former great customer service. This bank is a shell of what it was. I called multiple times about an issue and got only to voice mail at the branch. Left a message 3x and never received a return call. Went to close my acct and waited for someone at the branch 30 minutes before I walked out. Tried to close by phone at the main number but they couldn't verify my number even though their automated answering knew who I was. I switched to Chase. They have ATM's that can give small change and someone greets you at the door to walk you through anything you need.

Azhelia Bnargin5Not sure the issues posted about this location. I have had only great experiences here. They even gave us a great recommendation for The Holiday House Restaurant and where to get ribs. I never see people waiting and I get in and out quickly. They are also open Saturdays. People are getting confused with card rules and how a local branch is run. Need to differentiate how the local branch handles your transaction not about the policies the bank has in general.

Kevin Stafford1It would be nice if this Bank would finally open its doors during this pandemic. Everyone else is opening back up and practicing safe distancing all around you and you guys barely get 5 people in a line on a bad day. Honestly the banks should be the last place to close their doors but yet I feel as if the companies that deal with the public money are going to milk this the most. See you next year I guess...

Cathy B5I had a wonderful experience at this bank. I took a client to open up a checking account. Jo Ann assisted us. She was welcoming, friendly, and informative while we opened up the account. She was patient and answered all of our questions. The bank itself was clean and welcoming. It's sad seeing the negative reviews, because our experience was so pleasant.

This Kid1I don't suggest ever going to this place or doing business with this company. First off, they are inconsistent with their policies from location to location. Also, in addition to the lack of consistently that they offer the manager Debbie is not attentive or helpful. One of her employees Kathy did not seem to know what she was doing and when I asked for the corporate number she handed me back my papers with the account information and said here. If you want poor customer service, frustrations and inconsistencies in policies and service then this is the bank for you. Otherwise I highly recommend going somewhere else for your banking needs.

Julie Contessa4The people are very nice but drive through you have to wait most of the time. I cannot go stand in line and if they rid of drive through like Bank of America did, I will have to find another bank.

hope potter1Atm actually ate my deposit money. I've been waiting two weeks for it to get put in my account. Why have a bank if you need to worry about your money?
