  I love this place every time I come here quick fast service and I go to both stores the one in New Port Richey as well but holiday is by far my favorite is holiday but they both work really hard I love this pawn shop

  I had my engagement ring resized, and had a new stone put in it. They did an incredible job for half the price of what other jewelry stores were quoting me. The staff was so helpful and I had my ring back within 3 days. I'll defiantly be going back!!

  Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had in any place in my whole life ! Gaby sold us a ring for my engagement which was beautiful it was the ring of my dreams & made it even better when she said two diamonds were real .... 10 days later we had our engagement dinner party and when a family member asked to look at the ring they say a big fat “MADE IN CHINA” engraving you could just imagine our embarrassment.. next day we go into another jewelry store to have it looked at and surprise surprise it’s fake diamond and fake gold when we go to there store to explain to them the situation gaby comes to us with the worst attitude and even worse the OWNER TELLS US WE ARE LYING . He straight out said we were lying they didn’t even apologize for the embarrassment they cussed us in front of our whole family. I will NEVER be returning to this place again in my whole life. Worst customer service , scamming and deceiving people ever !!

  Ms. Salazar, We are deeply saddened by the report of your experience while shopping at our store. We have reviewed the aforementioned footage detailing the claimed experience at our location and cannot verify the claims presented to us. Every piece of merchandise is clearly labeled and marked with details indicating the exact materials that are utilized. In this situation the ring was labeled with multiple CZCZCZ to indicate cubic zirconia and is in fact stamped 14k. The $175 purchase was refunded while abiding to all store policies. This however does not mean that we cannot improve the experience we offer to all customers in the future. Current policies and procedures do not allow this behavior nor condone any deceptive practices, but we will further evaluate any potential faults that could occur. We take these claims very seriously and thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. If there is anything that you feel we can do to improve the customer experience to avoid potential miscommunication in the future please contact our management team immediately.

  Well my first,last n only review I will ever depictd on says it all, as far as what you could do in the future for potential customer. I have never had a problem with these ppl ever for the last 3 yrs+ I've ever been there honestly just up until recently. They started being very shady with me profiling me I guess one would say for whatever reason that may be, one will never know. I've always treated each and everyone of these employees with the utmost respect, always was I pleasant to them and honest and deff brought a lot of good business even had brought my daughter and she's deff been an A1 cust from day one yrs ago as well and has very good credit with them. So this far we've actually starting bringing our business elsewhere, PAWN MAX by the mall the old PIER ONE IMPORTS STORE, there fairly new to hit area and they are very reasonable, weather ur buying, selling or just getting a loan. I must say it's a way better experience than I've ever received from the NUGGET!! SORRU Y'ALL!! But like I said I'm an honest person to say the least n I know the truth hurts sometimes, not everyone is treated equally and that is some damn harsh truth, and if we could or would be a better place to live

  I have gone to the Golden Nugget several times. Every time I go I am super pleased with how they treat me. I highly recommend Stopping by and seeing all that they have. Their prices are great, their jeweler does fantastic work and the staff is so kind and helpful. Definitely a five star rating!

  We have been going to golden nugget for a very lobg time long before they moved to new location. These guys are always nice and professional. We have pawned items as well as purchased from them. They will negotiate any time they are asked. Id i had one critique it would be to simlply add some seating for customers waiting in line because it can be a lengthy process sometimes. But otherwise great folks.
