Candais2Since the transition to Truist, there have been so many fees (annual, maintenance, service, overdraft fees). I was unaware that they would apply a $7.00 "maintenance fee " for every out transaction. That is why I am closing my account after my next pay period. If I'm sending my money to one of my external accounts (like I have been for many years) listed on Truist I should not be charged each transaction. Once a year understandable maybe but every transaction. I have been charged so many times not even realizing until just recently why would I pay extra to use my money! That's what annual fees cover, for Truist to hold my set money for the year in use of whenever I need it. With so many mobile updates the full app including deposits should be fully operational!

KHALID SUFI1I went in at 9:30 to discuss a debit on my account went in and banker named Vivian turned me away in the lobby because I didn’t have an appointment even though the branch was empty and there were no clients visible she said I can get help over the phone or make an appointment how convenient and she wasn’t even polite about it at all very unprofessional then she discusses our interaction behind the teller line when I returned to see how to make an appointment how professional and they all pretended I wasn’t in the lobby I went to the embry hills location in chamblee and I received assistance without any hesitation and guess what I didn’t have to have an appointment. She was basically avoiding to help me because my issue wasn’t beneficial to her all she cared about was meeting her quotas for the day. She wasn’t willing to help even though I told her I already contacted customer care.

Candace Ingram1I had the worst service on Friday. I waited over 25 minutes. Then when I tried to process my withdrawal I was told “This isn’t your signature, it doesn’t match. Now I know it’s the holidays and the tellers have a job to do. But financial institutions train you on what, and what not to say to customers. I worked for one before. I was still in uniform and was giving a hard time to withdraw my quarterly bonus. Which I do at this location every quarter. I could verify whatever she needed. But I wasn’t asked. Instead I was accused of stealing. She didn’t say the word stealing but she might as well. Please retrain tellers on how to properly address a customer. Assumptions aren’t cool at all.

Mr. Mike Ezzard5I like this bank, not like other truist where they have no staff. The workers is nice and they know what they doing. 5 star to me!!

Jenny Long1Worst customer service! If can put 0, I will do it. I'm just deposit and waiting for more than 20 mins, but only 2 customers front of me. I don't understand why need to wait so long? Anyway, don't go this branch!

Jay Jay1By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sat in the waiting area for 25 minutes before I was acknowledged and then waited another 40 mins before someone actually attended to me. This bank sucks.

Melissa Ingram1This Suntrust location is possibly the worst bank ever. Out of Bank of America, Fidelity and Chase, Suntrsut has the worst customer service and possibly the worst staff, in the area. For my business, I often need to do business with local banks however, I will never attempt to step one foot back into this or any Suntrust Bank, again. The oriental women at the small window yelled at me over and over and was very difficult to understand. She didn't attempt to slow down her speech. Eventually, another representative explained to me the situation and helped me understand that Suntrust can't cash other banks checks.
