When choosing a bank you want one that’s one your side and one that you can call on. I experienced poor customer service from the Manager Thelma and banker Amy in regards to my account and concerns. In this time of unprecedented circumstances we’ve all had to make adjustments in life and business, this branch choose personal frustrations over the concerns and needs of the client. The service here and the attitude of the staff has declined greatly since they merged with SunTrust. It use to be a fine bank. It's absolutely awful now and would not recommend to anybody.
