  I've never made it here during normal business hours to deal with any people 🤷🏼‍♀️ While this location does have a drive thru it does not have a drive up ATM... You have to park and walk up to the ATM. As any parents know that can be a huge problem so this is a heads up on that. Always have to think about these things when leaving the house. I've been to so many other towns locations that have a drive up ATM, I took it for granted.

  Unbelievable start a new job that uses truist formerly SunTrust and they charge me 8 dollars to cash my payroll because I don't use them as my personal bank. Hwy robbery, knowing that I wouldn't bank with them

  staff was friendly and was able to get everything I needed done while drive through was busy the team members where helping each other and making sure everyone was taking care of in a timely manor.

  Ill neva bank with this bank again.. i did a mobile check deposit (cashiers check from bank of America) and next day my account was flagged and closed down.. no warning no phone call.. makes u wonder why they changed there name from sun trust to truist... (beaware of the non professional work they do at this bank)

  I wanted to verify funds for a check before I completed the sale of a boat, Trust does not verify funds, as this information is private. This a first for me.......

  I have banked with a few different banks in the last 20 years & this bank by FAR is the WORST when it comes to customer service....atms not working broke down...when you call no one answers then you get passed onto the bank managers voicemail to not recieve a call back. On her voicemail she states you can call the 1800suntrust number. So I did just to speak to someone who I could barely understand. He was polite however but could not accomplish what I was attempting to do. Long story short the bank charged me foreign atm fees on top of atm fees 2 days later after the fact on my payday then took a 36 dollar overdraft out of my account/ paycheck even tho when I got paid today my account was in the positive. So with their rediculous foreign atm fees my account as of "today" they said was a dollar short. They would not refund me my 36 dollars right before the holidays...I am done banking here. Too many inappropriate actions on their part & changing dates etc to my account. So BEWARE for anyone reading reviews & want a good solid bank...this bank is NOT!!!!!! Oh and not to mention they dont even cash my payroll checks. I had one for 260 and she said she could only give me 50 bucks of it. Truly a joke Update**** FRAUDULENT activity my account comprimised on 4/18/22, froze my card. Took 10 days for another card to be mailed. Still do not have my money replaced!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Crooks Countless phone calls, being hung up on for no reason, still on hold waiting...see screenshot and apply for this bank if you want a HASSLE with everything and enjoy talking to foreign people with voices in back ground and to have nothing done.
