      One of the worst banks I’ve ever dealt with. Twice I’ve had to sit for half hour or more at atm for them to fix it. Half the time it still doesn’t work! Unbelievable! And right after I got my account my experian score went down 40 points! I’m getting a new bank asap!

      No commonsense the manger brandy hayes don't seem like she know her job half hour just to get my pin set standing in the loby . Really bad more. Yet people sitting in the car have more Tellers at least they can seat comftble listen to music we have one teller. Look like they already have 1.9 review I guess I am not the only one.

      Amber Cameron is excellent! She helped us with our loan, even walked us through it and answered all of our questions. We had a TERRIBLE experience with CMG Financial (FYI They don't answer the phone and when you want to talk with someone, they claim they're out and "someone" will get back to you and they don't). ANYWHO, we are happy we went here. Rates were a who lot better also!

      Just taking a minute to write how much this BB&T " Now Truist" has helped me in so many ways. I have been using this bank in this location since they opened. I am surprised of all the negative reviews and want to share my experience. My experience has been average 20-25 mins in line at drive through. I'd consider this normal especially if we are talking about the months that lobby wasn't open. This bank is capable of living up to reasonable expectations and I will continue to be a part of their bank even if the wait is longer or the staff is making changes for the better therefore slower. I feel like the team at this branch cares and will continue to make improvements for all of us.

      I wish there was a negative star option. I would rate them minus 5 stars. Amber Cameron is not even my lender, nor do I bank with BB&T any longer but the buyers of our home have been given the runaround since they got preapproved 30 days ago to buy our home. The bank did everything backwards and WE (the sellers) have had to jump through hoops to get everything for them. It's not even our place to do that! They have had delay after delay. We're actually in jeopordy of losing thousands of dollars since they may not even be ready by the LEGAL CONTRACTED closing date. I don't even know how to express my utter shock at such poor service and professionalism. Ms. Cameron has literally singlehandedly screwed up every single thing in this process that should have been so easy. I don't even see how it's possible but she did. DO NOT bank here.

      Not this branch, but the bank in general. They don't seem to care about their account holders. My income level plummeted bc of going back to school, what did they do? Charge me maintenance fees. I've been a customer since 2009...and my accounts have changed (on their part) a few times. You should be more loyal and sympathetic to your customers.

      The WORST customer service by one of their Loan Officers, Amber C., I have ever experienced. Her level of professionalism needs ALOT of work. It was very clear that she herself does not understand the loan process and she is supposedly there to help??? It might would help if she would answer her phone or at least return your phone call. A professional bank employee would not answer an email, "Oops my bad". I will be sure not to send anyone your way!! Advise to the public stay away!!! I could say a lot more!

      Awful customer service! The older lady with frames is the worst. Nasty attitude.Mocking the customer? I've been to fast food locations that treat the customer much better than they do here. -5 stars.

      Drive through takes close to an hour to make it to the front of the line. BB&T does not care about your time or customer service.
