  I was this morning in this branch. I have a question, the teller didn’t know, when I called the Vice-President he knew less than the teller Unbelievable! Please Patrice Femenia for next time do better Job! You did Poor Job! Even with Your 20 years of experience that you presume. 🤔

  Zakary DON’T have any sense on talking with mask on ,you can’t understand what he said make a very simple transaction very difficult 10 minutes dealing with very a easy deposit . If you have him just better ask for somebody else he is going to waisted your time ,, this location is getting worse every time . CHANGE LOCATION AVOID TIME WAISTED

  Beatrice was very helpful and friendly for my husband and I when notarizing paperwork. Even offered to walk me out with an umbrella in the pouring rain. I see so many negative reviews here but I don't understand why. We had a very good experience here.

  Helpful at first but if you don't qualify for their financial services they could care less about you. Won't return a phone call. Will be staying with GTE which is highly recommended always willing to help not like these people. Don't put your money where you are only another customer.

  This branch says something can't be done, I go to my branch and there's no problem! I go to another branch for something else, again, another problem...go to my branch and suddenly no problem. What's up with this?! Just glad my branch is great in everything, corteous, polite, love children and pass out lollipops. This branch gets a 1 star!!

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. People warned me of Sun Trust, but didn't care. Didn't really know what bank was capable of being this bad. Steer clear of SunTrust. Go to BB&T, Bank of America, Chase, any other place, just stay away from SunTrust.

  I don’t qualify for their financial services but they are always polite, helpful and efficient to deal with. Great staff have been there for years.
