  Competent, efficient, friendly, and sincerely kind! Refreshing and rare in today's banking world where too often you wait in long line to do your business with someone unpleasant and not having a good day (at best) or someone with a phoney smile trying to sell you more stuff etc. Great staff at this branch especially! Hats off to this crew!

  I recently wrote a 5 star review when the bank manager Jessica promised a comparable rate to the online bank rates for savings account. So I switched my saving from an online bank to Liberty. I never received the interest promised and then the interest for account dropped faster then then any online bank, even in these horrible times. So I transferred a lot of my savings back to online after speaking again to Jessica. She said she will get back to me about the higher interest rate for what I have left in the account. I am not holding my breath. This just sounds like a bait and switch scheme if ever there was one. I will still keep my checking there for now but I will be looking at other banks now since my trust in this bank is a little shaky.

  Absolutely love the friendly, helpful staff at South Square Liberty Savings Bank! The best banking experience I have ever experienced and the staff is a huge part of that!! They are amazing!

  I have been a member of Liberty Savings Bank for over 2 decades. I have been with square south for 10 years if not longer. I have all ways been treared with supperier customer service, very professional staff Curtis and punctual.   All the employees are friendly and greet me by name. they also ''reward' my dog Toby before we transact business. Toby really appreciates the service as do I. I have a personal account and we have a church account.
