  My wife and I dropped into this branch to open new accounts without an appointment. Michelle got everything done before her next scheduled appointment. She also gave us newcomers tips on some restaurants to check out. On subsequent stops, the tellers have been pleasant and easy to work with. We have only had positive experiences with this branch.

  Not only will your private information get hacked, but you'll be asked to leave the property if you're suffering from an emergency on their parking lot. Thanks for the great service guys! I suggest moving your assets out of there and into Chime. There you'll be offered much high interest rates, greater benefits, and a great banking experience.

  I agree with the recent review of the manager there today 9/2/2020 who was very unprofessional. You need to know that when you tell her you will quit the bank because you were giving the run around, she will just say OK. Doesn’t matter that you started with this bank over 40 years ago. Corporate needs to know who’s representing them. Zero stars is what I give. More on the job training needed so the branch and online banking get the facts straight, and not tell you two different solutions. And lastly a Professional needs to replace this current Manager.

  I wouldn’t even give a one star but if this is the only way to leave a review for everyone to see how they are then I will! The so called manager, Amy here is beyond unprofessional! The entire establishment at this branch is a joke! Nobody here cares about you or anything you have going on with your account! Very rude and unprofessional!

  Terrible service. I called with some questions. They told me they were incapable of answering and transferred me to their 800 number where I got incorrect information. Can't trust them with your money.

  I like the service they provide
