  We have received totally excellent service for the many years we have been customers. Fast deposit process, quick responses to queries and/or a willingness to seek out info for us. Good bank run by good people.

  This branch wouldn't notarize anything for members that wasn't BB&T related. I've never encountered that with any other BB&T branch, which have notarized many things for us over the years we've been customers. Most of those things weren't bank related but they always provided that service to us as members. As far as I'm aware most banks will notarize non bank related documents for customers as part of their service. Evidently, this one is the exception. Poor customer service!

  Deposited a personal ck wrote to me from my husband for $200 and only $100 of it goes in my account!! Whaaaat..... I have never had a bank to hold a portion of a deposit like this!! Looks like I am gonna have to go bk to TVA!

  Very few cars in parking lot. On ml y one in drive thru. But. Could this place get any slower? Sheesh. Grandma was slow but she was old.
