  I have been banking at the Dandridge branch for over 20 years and must say the staff there are exemplary! Shannon , Betty, Samantha, and Krystie are the absolute best. It’s always a pleasure to walk in and see their smiling 🙂 faces!

  I love the customer service at the Talbott, TN. branch. I have gone to the Dandrige and the Jefferson City branches and they are nice too but the Talbott branch is my favorite they have really gone above and beyond to accommodate me and both our business and personal accounts.They have taken the time to get to know me and our businesses. They are all great employees, but I absolutely love Tonya, she's very sweet and knows how to treat customers!

  First Peoples Bank Dandridge has the friendliest staff members. I have been banking there for 38 great years. love that Carson was the first winner of First Peoples Pets and love the pet wall. Samantha, Betty, Krystie, and Shannon always go above and beyond for me.

  I have been banking with FPB for over 40 yrs.( off and on). Since I live in Talbott that's the branch I primarily use. My 5 star rating would be a 10 if it went that high. Courteous, professional, HELPFUL, and just downright sweet. Love my Talbott branch ❤️
